Hi, did you use a 9 x 13 baking pan? It doesn't look from the video that one breast filet would cover that. Also, what temp did you set you oven at? Thanks for the help.

If this is a German channel, it is probably a Young Gouda. That is one of the most common cheeses used in Germany. Hope this helps.
