I have done giveaways in the past and couldn't get ahold of the winner and it really just turned into a pain for me. If you don't feel comfortable entering your number or if you are out of the States just use a random Pizza place number hahaha. just google a random city and a pizza place. I actually gave you the number to a pizza place in the rough draft of this but my wife told me NO lol. so you are just going to have to look one up yourself so that I don't get sued. Its better for you if you use your phone number but I wanted to give you this option incase you need it. if you are out of the states and win but amazon doesn't deliver to your house I will figure out away to take care of you.

I was going to tell you about the job, but after typing all of that up there, I almost ran out of space. So here is the short: I saw tall grass, multiple houses, it looked fun (because I'm over confident), explored the properties, looked crazy, trash EVERYWHERE, concerned there might by syringes; decided to only do a portion of the property. Hindsight: Smart decision. Tiny job but definitely one of my favorite transformations. I can tell somebody really loved this place and it is a shame to see it in it's current condition. The newsletter sign up is on my website. It’s completely free The second giveaway is by becoming a channel member. There are multiple support levels. The lowest is $2.99 a month and when you join you are entered into the second giveaway. I wanted everyone to have a chance at winning so I doubled down decided to do 2 giveaways per month with the 2 options to enter. The drawings are done separately and Currently we have less than 100 channel members. Really good odds of winning. The news letter following is not huge so it has really good odds as well. I hope I answered your question.

I get the newsletter and I am not a member. The other thing I do is I let those ads run the whole way. I hope he makes money off of that. When you get the 2 1/2 minute one I go do something else in the house so I don't get tempted to smash that Button

Great job Kevin. I hate to see these run down, abandoned homes. I kind of have one next door to me. I think the buyer (realtor) thought she was going to flip it & make BIG BUCKS! Instead, she is now letting it run down more. I like videos where the people are hone, who Really! Appreciate what you do.
I’m a retired Army Colonel (26 years active service)and I have watched your channel for more than a year; I truly admire your charitable nature and personal character you demonstrate on a daily basis as you work with people who need help. You and your Father are outstanding citizens who live their values and genuinely make a difference. I applaud your efforts and wish much continued success. I wondered why I watch a man do landscape work. I know that he does so very much more. I just had the thought that what his real mission is, is to give hope. Hope that a family will be lifted by what he does. Hope to the rest of us knowing that good people still exist. We sorely need that hope. Thank you, Kevin, for being a quiet, unassuming hero.

There's a lot of beautiful plants and flowers in that yard it's a shame it's not being taken care of.
Kevin, you are a good, kind, hardworking man. You carefully trim around the flowers and plants and remove all the excess. Then you find mulch in the back of the house and placed it around them. So sweet of you.❤❤❤

It's so sad to see that, this was once a home that was probably loved, but, now it's left to rot 😢, I couldn't imagine leaving my house after all the love and care put into it, to see it slowly die 💔

I'm fighting in this yucky heat to bring my mother's yard back. It used to be so beautiful. There are so many flowers and trees. My brothers just make rude comments, no help from them. Great job, Kevin ❤❤❤

@@bellababooska4181 Make sure her will is in order because if they are acting like this over a backyard they are going to be 10x more hateful over money. I love my siblings but they turned into people I don't even recognize anymore after my mother passed. My sister made almost a half million last year on properties and still argues with me over $20.

That Bromeliad (red plant) to the right of the front steps is beautiful…and huge!!! Mine are all the size of tin cans. This property has some gorgeous flora and vegetation! I’m jealous!!! …and you did such an awesome job with this property and the mulch, Kevin! BRAVO!!!

I'm sure that home was taken good care of at one time. It's sad that something happened to where it now has been neglected. There's no telling what happened. It was an amazing transformation anyway. Glad you used the mulch for the flowers.
Those properties were beautiful once. All those pretty flowers and plants. It's so sad to see this. Thanks for making an effort to clean it up. A person would definitely need some heavy equipment to haul that trash out.

Another beautiful home, given some love one more time. So sad how many homes are left empty, to rot, not just in the USA, but accross nations across the planet, yet homelessness especially in western nations is at an all time high. Thank you for doing your bit to at least remind people they are there.

It's a great little house. Old houses and the history that comes with them are my passion. Maybe somebody will save it and make happy memories there once again. Even with all the surrounding overgrowth, it matters. You brought back what once was. Beautiful! ❤
There are so many homes out there that could use work on so that somebody that’s homeless could actually live in. I had a reasonable price. Thanks for all that you do to try and help.

Oh ya. It has to be extremely bad for me to walk away. If someone lived there I would have cleaned it but since no one is there I figured there were better projects for me to put my attention towards

THANK YOU! Anyone with a work ethic can appreciate what you do. Sometimes seems insane...but good job. There is something so satisfying about watching someone restore a property. I watch many different channels like yours. You mow like I do. You get the big stuff first and as much as possible with the big mower then trim and clean up after. I don't understand many of the others methods. Great Videos. Keep them coming. Praying for you.
Please give yourself a full body check for ticks. Don't want to have severe body pain later in life. You made this property look really nice.
