Baked savory potato pie, filled with peppers, spinach, ham and cheese, is a unique dish, perfect for lunch, dinner or snack. Ingredients:
- 1200 kg (2,646 lb) of potatoes
- 1 onion
- 1 clove of garlic
- 1 pepper
- 300 g (11 oz) spinach
- 3 slices of cooked ham
- 80 g (3 oz) of Emmental or other cheese
- 1 egg
- Breadcrumbs to taste (2 tablespoons in the dough)
- Parmesan to taste (2 tablespoons in the dough)
- Salt and pepper
- Oil
