Hi everyone! Today I present to you an incredibly delicious and very easy to prepare recipe! Grated potato pie, filled with zucchini, peppers and Philadelphia cheese and an excellent solution for lunch, dinner or a snack. Anyone can make this easy recipe with just a few simple ingredients! Just grate potatoes and zucchini :) I assure you that everyone will like this delicacy! - 5 potatoes
- 1 onion
- 1 clove of garlic
- 2 zucchini
- Half a pepper
- 175 g (6 oz) of Philadelphia cheese
- 30 g (1.1/2 oz) of Parmesan
