You guys need a graphic on screen showing the team as they are talking
You can tell why Pearce didn't make it as a manager. 3 full backs at centre back. Wright Phillips as a number 10.

micah played both cb & rb, England reached wc semi & euros final with walker as right of back 3, whilst Shaw has often done the same on the left

@@andrewharrison7767 They could all play in a back 3, but not all three of them together. If a full back plays it's mostly beside 2 centre backs. Richards could play centre back but not so sure if he's the main man in a back 3. Not great aerial ability there. The back 3 is not the worst thing I've seen but I'm surprised there's not better options.

Keane, sheringham, des walker, Nigel clough, not mentioned as they played with Pearce

they explained in the video its from management - otherwise it'd feature plenty from Italy 90 & Euro 96, like shearer, beardsley & Joe Hart wouldn't be ahead of shilton or seaman
