We love La Marina!! It’s always very quiet on a Sun & Mon, 20mins from the airport and 5mins from the beach, just cldnt beat it. Also so many great eating places. 😁

Yes property prices are rising and estate agents are also cashing in high commissions ,sometimes best to look around the area on your own a lot of Spanish owners don’t like paying expensive fees they have private board up ,by looking 👀 yourself you will get a better feel of the area ,more time to research what’s nearby ,I have a video la Marina and also of the markets and beaches

Popular areas that are very central and good value for money 💰 also very good value restaurants would be La zenia,punta prima,la florida,playa flamenca Los Altos cabo Roig ,these areas have plenty of comercial centres bars and restaurants ( I have videos on my channels of all these areas ) also in middle of alicante airport and murcia .2 airports to choose from ..3 bed 2 bathrooms large house around €150,000 with a pool €175,000
