Myself and family members had the best times in this place when I was younger, we always stayed at the Torremar Appartmentos self catering. Thinking back we didn’t have a pot to piss in compared to the luxury all inclusive holidays myself my girlfriend and our little girl are so accustomed to these days. I fondly remember going to aqua land every year in the late 80’s and early 90’s and having the best time with my brothers and cousins there all day, we would walk to the old town and stop off for drinks in the Robin Hood halfway there. Then go to the small beach situated just the other side of the balcony shown in this clip. A few hours there, then make our way up to the magpies nest for food and drinks listening to golden oldies from the sixties there. The huge arcade and the crazy golf in the main streets was epic. Taffs Bar, Paul’s Fish Bar, Panchos, The Duke of York, The Rio Park, and so many many more places now forever gone but locked in my memories forever, I’m 37 years old now and miss my dad being here with us and me and my brothers being young together on our holidays. Sorry if I’ve bored you all, nostalgia now consumes me and I’m upset typing this. Please go see Benidorm, it’s a wonderful, magical place, I hope you make beautiful memories there like me and my family once did long ago.

I'm 35 from Portugal. Used to go to Benidorm every August for two weeks with my whole family since i was a baby to 18yr old. We stayed at Don pancho hotel or pelicanos/ocas. I know the apartments u refer to. I feel your nostalgia too 😊 all the family members (some are gone) the friendships made in there... The oldtown, the English bars, the music, the gofre smell, the arcades and the beniped bikes, the warm water, the vibrant streets with music food smells... Man i miss those summers. Planning now with my lady my kids and my brother and his kids to go there next summer. Curious to see how much of it still remains similar

Benidorm. On the Spanish coast. Mediterranean. The paradise of Sun and beach. And you eat for little money. Fun like in Las Vegas. USA. The City that has the most tall buildings and Hotels in all of Europe.

Be going in 3 weeks cant wait get some decent weather

in the 2017 film "Geostorm" they used Benidorm as a setting to pretend to be Rio de Janeiro, but the two cities are not similar in appearance, much less in culture

Ive been at all the places. I was 2 when i went to benidorm for the first time. Im 14 now and i know benidorm just like my own city. I come there yearly. Ill go two times and sometimes three times. Benidorm is a place from my childhood. We always went to the apartment acentur. Im going there again in october. I always went to Don Dino, the toy shop right at acentur. We went to penelope and to de blauwe walvis (dutch for the blue whale). I recommend all of them. And specialy the balcony. I come there every time at least 4 times. Its a cool experience. Benidorm has changed tough. First it was an old city for english man and old people. Now its modern, a lot of people visit it and its less fun now.

It's not my Benidorm anymore 😢 The high rise hotels and the Buffalo herds ruined the truth Beauty of Benidorm.🌺 Some of my fondest memory was waking up early going down to the beach and calling all my beach dogs for a morning Walk. My Grandfather and I used to leave early in the morning to paddle to the island. We wouldn't return until 4:30 p.m. yes it was exhausting but so so much fun. 😊 Vaya con Dios, God Bless❗ 🎚

Nobody comes to benidorm for these things. They all come for cheep drinks and bad kareoke and tribute bands and then finiish the night at the English square and watch the bouncers kick the shit out of someone

Go in the winter and avoid the small British area. The rest of Benidorm is terrific at this time of year.

Benidorm is overrated and its full of people, you cant even walk and its also very dirty
