With Reversed Motherboard connections rapidly becoming a feature of builds in 2024, Cooler Master brought their first supporting chassis to the table with the Masterbox 600. A relatively compact Mid Tower Chassis which can support all of the largest hardwares with excellent cooling potential.
Cooler Master have always been great when it comes to case cooling and the Masterbox 600 is no exception here. With three 140mm fans up front along with a rear 120mm as standard, the performance is top tier with no additional fans required.
The reversed motherboard cutouts are well executed and of course you can build with standard hardware too. I'd like to see Cooler Master slim down the USB header cable as this is a few mm's too long but it doesn't prevent the back panel from closing.

I can't deny that it's awesome to see more brands supporting reversed connectivity for ASUS's BTF and MSI's Project Zero. With the Masterbox 600 being Cooler Masters first entry to this ecosystem, there are a few small areas to improve such as the push out style GPU slats & overall pricepoint, but overall the chassis was easy to build inside of with a really mature aesthetic which is something refreshing.

Priced out at my local fave supplier, even with a 4090, and a quality mobo, it's quite affordable, too. Wallet finger itching.

Another great build Matt...like allways. Realy personaly love the hiding of the cables...the estetic part of the build ...we know that dosent impact on performance. i remember old days when having a glass front panel was a thing of only few entusiasts...look where are we now. @@Mr_Matt_Lee it reminds me a LOT of my Lian Li Lancool 216 but with BTF support, which isn't to say that's a bad thing, the 216 is a phenomenal case for cooling in its price point; there just seem to be a lot of similarities.

I really can't wait for BTF design to become more and more common, easily the next big thing in PC building, when it becomes in a thing even in low-mid to mid range builds thats when I will probably upgrade

Wow... Please also do aquick temperture test to give us a more meaningful way of how good the Airflow is.
I love your work, but with K variants you should consider using an aftermarket cpu mount bracket for the best temps and to prevent warping of the cpu

Man, with BTF as upcoming trend for pc, there will be alot of revisions for current pc parts, especially big pc parts company out there still not fully adapting it
Hi Matt, I'm so sad. Because, my PC case is support a reverse cable port like BTF or Project 0 but all in DDR5, not in DDR4. Maybe in 3 years after I can upgrade it to reverse cable port.😢 Nice Video Matt. 👍

How you like them back side cable ports? Was it hard to find a case to support the motherboard? No standard across the various manufacturers as far as I can tell.

As always nice video. Seems the BTF Case may need more space on the right side as it looks the cable bends are almost 90 degree, can't be good long term. Also starting to HATE the bloody YT ads . Had an ad blocker, worked fine but seems YT found a way around it. I guess need to find another platform to look at videos without bloody commercials popping up left and right. YT is messing with the ZEN I normally get from your videos Mr. Matt lee. Do you have another Platform you can post videos on, free from ads?

@@NAMOR5000 ads are a catch 22. I don’t do in-video sponsors to try and keep the videos as zen as possible. Imagine me interrupting the video with a 45 second sponsored section taking about software keys or something 💀 that being said, I understand the generic KZread ads are frustrating but they are one of the only ways the channel is sustainable as they provide a source of income. Without those ads, I’d be forced to take in-video sponsorships. You gotta remember, this is my job and just watching a short ad does contribute towards the channel growth financially to keep making better videos for you 🙏

@@Mr_Matt_Lee I fixed it on my end by updating some router setting and using a different browser. On a different note, you are sponsored is it not? You have url's etc, that is enough for me. I find the YT commercials aggravating as mentioned before, they are an intrusion of my privacy, same as soliciting calls, for which here in the USA one can add oneself on the DO NOT CALL ME list and if called whomever is trying to solicit can be sued their behinds off as its against the law. So don't worry about it, I was venting to the YT, not to you, never will do that to those who post inhere. Short ads are not welcome in my ZEN world, I did not ask for YT ads, I am watching channels for the valuable contents and when it has URL's can quickly follow such or do my own research. I guess One of these days I just will have to use my OWN AI to get rid of all those B.S ads, as none will ever be of any value to me. Have a wonderful week. By the way, your clone / twin changes some, how is the new Studio still not finished? 😎🤛
this seems like exe.silent build. great work. will get this case once this arrive in my region. how about this specific AiO performance. I've 14700K(current AiO Deepcool LE520 will definitely replace that) in my Cooler Master NR600and it doesn't support 360mm upto but only on front which I don't like or prefer.

Hi Mr Matt, are there any full tower BTF supported cases? planning on building a rig with the 4090 btf and rog btf mobo.
1:14 Mr. Matt Lee - on the photo i see that case does not suport 420mm rad - too low space under and over fans. also CM advertises up to 360mm support:) but overall, video and case are nice!
Any idea when the ROG BTF GPU, Mobo & Hyperion Case goes on sale?

don't know how i feel about those mobo's. like, about time the cables are mounted on the rear making things sleeker. but it's not like the cables are a difficult to run neatly already making them hardly noticeable.

It's looks good not a fan of the front of the case looks a bit cheap. And also to bad they haven't released any good AM5 mobo yet. A few but they are not that good. Still waiting on a good b650 from Asus.
