Es Jalisciense, acá no comemos tortilla de Harina salvo para hacer burritos o sincronizadas, en nuestras mesas nunca pueden faltar las tortillas de maíz calientitas todos los días de la semana. Lo de las tortillas de Harina es algo 100% Norteño.

Más te reto a que convenzas a todos los miles de turistas extranjeros que vienen al país año tras año, que se enamoren de los Tacos con Tortilla de Harina... 🤣🤣🤣 A ver si siguen amando a México por su Gastronomía 😅 Por algo los Tacos es algo que no se puede replicar fuera de México con el mismo sazón de casa, por culpa del Nixtamal 😉 Desde nuestros Orígenes, México ha sido una tierra de maíz, lamentablemente la Influencia gringa siempre estará presente, pero por fortuna sólo con la gente más susceptible y básica. Más el arraigo de nuestros platillos típicos jamás se va a perder, porque un 90% del país no nos embelesamos con la Influencia del tío Sam... 😉
