This is so True ! That is how I’ve overcame anxiety. I stopped worrying about the symptoms and quit letting my brain scare me and trick me into thinking crazy scenarios. It really works !!!!

@@kid4055 First , when i feel the physical symptoms, i would take slow DEEP breath's & remember it's all in your mind . you're brain is a very powerful organ and it wants to trick u into thinking you're having an anxiety attack.(so you will feel the physical part of it)- Do anything to keep your mind off the pain. Drink Alkaline water , practice mediation , just remind yourself you are Strong & this will not over power you. I will tell myself that and literally go for a Jog & the pain would go away Immediately. You CAN BEAT THIS!!!!
My husband told me the same thing. He said let it be and don't feed it. I never would listen to him because I thought he doesn't know how I feel. Now, it makes sense.
Beautifully said, it makes sense, just relax and let it happen and don’t cause more stress to your nervous system. Ride it out I’m so far feeling better day by day, thanks to not letting it stop me even to my lowest! It’s just the anxiety I’ll overcome it completely soon! Trust me and trust him!
You’re the only guy who I feel understands what it’s like . The physical symptoms are so difficult and worrying. Threat tip !
Ive been binging his vids all day even going to sleep to them to remind me its my anxiety and not sime crazy reason I'm like this👍👍👍

Same here…
The hardest thing for me is how anxiety effects my gut and makes me urgently need the toilet. I’ve developed a phobia of going out because of it. Any situation where I cannot quickly and easily get to a toilet causes panic attacks and urgency. I’m trying to push myself to go out and do things, but the feeling of anxiety is always there, messing with my gut. I’ve been dealing with this for nearly 5 years now and it’s so hard. I want to just allow the anxiety/symptoms to be there and ignore them, but it’s so hard when I’m out and always feel like I’m going to s*** myself. It’s pretty hard to ignore that! I’m so demoralised and my life has come to a complete stand still because of this. I just don’t know what to do.
May Allah give u reward for helping soo many people and give u jannah

There is nothing to fix. We have trained our brains through worry to think there is a danger or problem. Every time we have a attack and respond to it incorrectly, it thinks there is a danger. We have to retrain the brain by not reacting to symptoms and live life. The brain learns the most when anxiety is high. We have access to fear pathways at this time. The amygdala responds to emotions. Fear and constant worry is an emotion, which is considered the second fear in Claire's book. The amygdala also responds to imagery. The frontal cortex is always recording. This is where memory comes from. When the frontal cortex stops recognizing danger and sees you actually living life as usual, it stops sending danger signals to the amygdala. They are connected and fire together. This is why it's good to mix up your routine.
I am worrying Sth might happen one year later, but I’m too scared of that, I’m already very anxious right now. If I allow it to be there, does it mean I’ll be that anxious the whole year🤣

@kalaxazoseisaire

So expose or not bother at all? Im confused. Im having a hard time with intrusive thoughts and i heard that if you let them be there by not reacting or chatting with them. They will leave.. and then i heard expose yourself think these thoughts chat with them.provoke them and don't respond...i feel the ultimate way out of this is to let it be there no judgement,no reaction,no fear. We don't need to constantly expose ourselves..let life bring these exposures to us and then respond without fear. I feel like we forcing this and exposing is not beneficial because our brain thinks its a big problem and we try to do something about it
Shaan, when you say just accept these symptoms and move on in order for recovery, do you mean just try not to think about them? Thanks.

Hi Shaan, why everyone saying 100% acceptance I give my last 3 years for the acceptance and very sure that there is always 5% acceptance is not there. Still the science is not reach there why it’s happening even after we done everything still we wait for to be very normal. We are human being and we want over self atleast function correctly on normal time and it’s not that we can accept 100% it’s it is require another approach 🧬🥼🔬
