Drink Alkaline water , practice mediation , just remind yourself you are Strong & this will not over power you. I will tell myself that and literally go for a Jog & the pain would go away Immediately. You CAN BEAT THIS!!!!

The hardest thing for me is how anxiety effects my gut and makes me urgently need the toilet. I’ve developed a phobia of going out because of it. Any situation where I cannot quickly and easily get to a toilet causes panic attacks and urgency. I’m trying to push myself to go out and do things, but the feeling of anxiety is always there, messing with my gut. I’ve been dealing with this for nearly 5 years now and it’s so hard. I want to just allow the anxiety/symptoms to be there and ignore them, but it’s so hard when I’m out and always feel like I’m going to s*** myself. It’s pretty hard to ignore that! I’m so demoralised and my life has come to a complete stand still because of this. I just don’t know what to do.

There is nothing to fix. We have trained our brains through worry to think there is a danger or problem. Every time we have a attack and respond to it incorrectly, it thinks there is a danger. We have to retrain the brain by not reacting to symptoms and live life. The brain learns the most when anxiety is high. We have access to fear pathways at this time. The amygdala responds to emotions. Fear and constant worry is an emotion, which is considered the second fear in Claire's book. The amygdala also responds to imagery. The frontal cortex is always recording. This is where memory comes from. When the frontal cortex stops recognizing danger and sees you actually living life as usual, it stops sending danger signals to the amygdala. They are connected and fire together. This is why it's good to mix up your routine.

So expose or not bother at all? Im confused. Im having a hard time with intrusive thoughts and i heard that if you let them be there by not reacting or chatting with them. They will leave.. and then i heard expose yourself think these thoughts chat with them.provoke them and don't respond...i feel the ultimate way out of this is to let it be there no judgement,no reaction,no fear. We don't need to constantly expose ourselves..let life bring these exposures to us and then respond without fear. I feel like we forcing this and exposing is not beneficial because our brain thinks its a big problem and we try to do something about it

Still the science is not reach there why it’s happening even after we done everything still we wait for to be very normal. We are human being and we want over self atleast function correctly on normal time and it’s not that we can accept 100% it’s it is require another approach 🧬🥼🔬
