Leo as a girl I think the "secret" is girls see a potential and like he needs care. He appears like he's this innocent guy who's been walked on and just needs someone good for him who can change him. I'm sure he can probably seem really charming and charismatic too. Then they realize that he's in fact a loser, who always acts like a victim. Also as you mentioned, his confidence. I feel like some of the girls probably know fully-well that he’s at least a little bit of a loser. But if they’ve had some bad experiences recently with conventionally attractive guys, they may get in their head the idea that they should “give a good guy a shot” or “don’t be so shallow.” Both are good advice. But if you notice, in movies, unattractive people are very often wonderful people & hot people are trash. Those 2 types exist...but so do hot good people AND ugly bad people. Seems like 1 or more of his ladies may have been trying to look past his outside to find the sweetheart inside. The only problem is, inside he’s just kinda a hollow husk, since he can never be separated from his only 2 loves: Debbie & himself.

to be honest Jess can be over Colt but not over what he did. Getting cheated on makes the next relationships more difficult it's tougher to trust others and your own choices. Also Colt's apology was very hollow considering that he just stated every bad thing he did and every lie he told without offering a way to reconsile. He just picked at a wound and the flat out told her I don't care you are hurt I am with the person I used to hurt you and disrespect you with you were always lesser. Yes Jess does not have the calmness or maybe even the skill to cross the language barrier and express all that but it doesn't mean that all these things are not happening right now. The whole "they cheated x amount of time ago and they apologised you should move on by now" is just showing no sympathy to what happened there. But Debbie never showed sympathy to Jess so that's consistent.

Yeah I don't agree with Leo on this one. Jess just wanted answers and no one was giving them to her. "Just move on" doesn't erase all the damage, plus it raises the question - why even have her there if not to get closure for her story arc? Yea she's in a new relationship and sure Colt can choose not to care about her feelings and opinions but imo that doesn't make it right. Debbie just screams and yells so its like... what was the point of having her come on other than to humiliate her? I am watching his first single-life tell-all where he gets into disagreements with Big Ed and I’m screaming at the TV because no one at all seems to acknowledge this blatant covert narcissism. The producers, the other people on the show, NO ONE seems to be talking about how obnoxiously people-pleasing, narcissistic, insecure, manipulative, lying and cheating, and aggressively fake-nice Colt is! He’s aligning himself with the majority opinion at all times, even going so far to get aggressive with Luis and telling multiple people to “get out” or “hang up the phone”. He insults Ed by saying that Ed moves too fast and then cheats, which is at least 50% more accurate to Colt. I think if Colt was a good person, his sexual confidence would be really wholesome. Like just because I personally don't find his body attractive doesn't mean other people won't, clearly Vanessa likes chubby guys and a lot of ladies do even if they don't admit it. My best friend, who is gay, loves thick guys with dad bods as well, it's his type. So no shade to Colt for being prepared to show off his body the way he does. I think Colt might be guilty of love bombing- he tends to go full out with the romance while ignoring the issues with timing or the relationship. I think initially some of these girls might be flattered by his actions and maybe he expresses interest in them where other guys might not but he’s kind of the perennial nice guy, eventually the women realize that he’s mostly smoke and mirrors and he has a hard time committing to people, and he treats girls like they’re interchangeable the minute he finds something more interesting to him.

So as a Las Vegas resident who, had she never seen 90 Day Fiancé, would go on a date with Colt I can give you some ideas: - Guys you tend to meet in Las Vegas are more of the jackass type. Like 7 in 10. He stands out for appearing to be reasonable and egalitarian. - He's got a handsome face while being kind of out of shape. This has the effect of rendering him attractive but approachable. He's not so out of shape that it renders him unattractive. - He comes off as affable and is that cute nerdy charisma that really makes me want to engage in conversations with someone when they have it. Those combined open a lot of doors, then it's up to him to not screw it up for long enough to establish a relationship. And then cheat on them.

That Laugh had my eyes tearing up cause i laughed so hard my 4 year old Leo actually turned to see what happened

Guys, I will say one thing. Vanessa *actually* changed Colt for the better. They’re still together. First thing, she separated Debbie and Colt. That was the best for Colt, his weird relationship with his mother was setting him back in life. After leaving his controlling mother, he improved. Debbie found a man for herself too. Second, Vanessa got him off the show after he had a serious trampoline accident. He gave up the TLC fame for her and seems to be making Vanessa happy. I think he really liked her despite being a pos at the time. These days, Colt is a success story unlike Big Ed who is still selling his soul to TLC.

I also feel like his true colors come out and they see that he’s manipulative, controlling, and pushy and that’s probably what turns them off. The shitty thing with Colt’s and Vanessa’s apology is that they are not actually there to apologize. At least not for Jess’s sake. If colt wanted to apologize, he should have gone alone, not with the person he cheated with. It was also so unnecessarily cruel to tell Jess the truth now, especially the way they did it: like it was just some story they were telling. It really seems like they’re just doing it for the drama of 90DF or maybe because they will feel better after telling her the truth ‘cause they’re not lying anymore. But the person they are “apologizing” to is the one that actually ends up hurt again and to me that gives off the vibe that colt saw that Jess was happy while he was still struggling and he didn’t want that which is way he tried to reinsert himself into Jess’s life. The problem with that is there is a fine line between confidence and arrogance and one can often be confused with the other depending on the person. The lesson is that maybe confidence is not the attribute that women should be prioritizing in a potential partner.

I think Colt lives more on fantasy than reality and its a very real thing. It's like when you try a long distance relationship for the first time and you build someone up and you make them into like this perfect, ideal, no one else is like them! type of person. And they dont help either because they tell you alot of what you want to hear, as you probably also do for them. Then you finally meet and its like... "Wow we both talked a huge game and nothing happened, we dont even really like each other. She doesnt look like I thought and I probably dont look like she thought" type of deal. The fantasy is so powerful and guys especially live for that fantasy, if you cant meet someone like Colt's fantasy, the relationship fails. I've dated alot and I'd take half as much as their efforts for him, hes a lucky ass dude tbh. I never seen so many women just willing to please their man and do stuff that would be somewhat humiliating in nature (IE: shower blowy after a fight) and then being like "yeah no, the vibe sucked I wasnt into it" I'm not even convinced he likes women at this point, or he needs a dominatrix. I dont know. Every woman he's went out with has been far away from what he deserves lol. Even Vanessa being the least attractive imo is still leagues past Colt.

It's just that those kinds of things will 100% get you the wrong people. The reason Colt gets the women he does os because he does things that appeal to them and chances are they are no better as people. If you think about it, I can really say no woman with some self esteem and something going good for them in Life will really choose someone like Colt.
