Fingers in eyeballs, scissors on lashes, hair glue instead of lash glue, yanking at you with tweezers - she could have done some real damage here! Poor you!

The arrogance of these people. She blamed it on you and said you’re not giving me your eye. She just couldn’t admit it out loud that she hurt you. Unbelievable!

She acts like she did something super minor and not CLAMP YOUR EYE. I had a visceral reaction to that. I would go get a wee check up with your local opticians to check for any damage; you may need some drops or other treatment. The way the woman handled this is so unacceptable. She should never have had scissors near your eyes or using tweezers, especially in this way, but to CONTINUE after injuring you, is beyond dangerous. Demanding you open your eye when she just hurt you is ridiculous. ALSO. Your natural eyelashes are absolutely fine, they are not lacking in any way. This is not just a bad make-up experience. I'd maybe even consult someone, she literally could have blinded you and took no accountability. I hope you're okay!! 💖

She literally denied she hurt her when it was clear she had and she knew it. They need to fire her and her license is pulled if possible. Scary

She literally blamed all HER MISTAKES on you!! And she was very aggressive look this way, don't touch this, don't blink, don't breathe, your eyelashes are bad etc!! Let me say your lips are beautiful your eyes are beautiful you are beautiful!! They're just jealous and unprofessional.

Yess! The energy was definitely giving jealousy. When I used to be a mua, clients would always tell me that they didn’t like going to straight women mua bc sometimes they would be jealous and purposefully mess them up… now I have visual proof of that.

I know your videos are about the worst of worst … but as a professional makeup artist, I send you a big hug!!! You just dealt with an abusive person. Her control of lashes wasn’t about lashes. In my opinion best to walk out on someone that put scissors and any metal or strong object near your precious eyes. ❤️

Aside from mauling your eyes with all sorts of tools (including her fingers), I would say the makeup turned out really really good. She should’ve been more careful with the tweezers, I can't even fathom how much that must have hurt 😢

Erm, absolutely not, if you are going to trim lashes on a client (I am a qualified mua just for reference) you measure the band to the person's eye first, then take the lashes AWAY from that person's eyes to trim them. She really could have had your eye out, that's really bad!

She could have scratched/cut your eyeball, eyelid, or given you an infection. So dangerous! And she wasn't owning the harm she did. Why does she take of a perfectly good lash and asking you not to blink my God how frustrating and scary for you and scissors near the eye how dangerous is that she shouldn't be operating as a makeup artist

So, I live in USA , land of sue happy individuals. However I don't know if it's that way in other countries like if you can sue another individual? Bc something like this , people don't realize how important proper use, sanitation is when it comes to everything beauty related. People can get messed up for life, loose their vision, get infections that cause permanent scarring or reactions that can become deadly. Her poking you in the eye and the sharp edge tweezer like that here would just be begging for a lawsuit. I'm assuming other countries don't have the same tendency and that's why we see such lack of care, sanitation of all these "salons"? or maybe they just really don't care about possibly messing someone up for life or just don't ever consider the possible outcomes of their actions. I mean even using lip products in a non sanitary way, meaning even using a brush to pick up from the applicator but your still wiping that brush onto someone's mouth, then back into the container. You can get herpes, strep..like so many things. there's also occular herpes which here is the number one cause of blindness that doesn't even look like anything on the person's eyes if they have it. It's not bumps. But with them using un cleaned brushes, never sanitizing their pallets,, using fingers after they touched who knows what else. y'all it's dangerous. Just frustrated that the overwhelming majority who's done your makeup is lacking in common sense.

I used to hear crazy stories from clients when I was a pro mua. Most included them getting their makeup messed up on purpose by other straight women who were mua. I never really fully understood that until today. Seeing this video made me realize that they were not exaggerating at all. She pretty much blamed you for her mistakes. 😩 like okay.. that’s weird. Props to you for seeing the best out of the situation though. ❤️

I think that's the first time I have seen someone do a full base of foundation with a flat concealer/ eyeshadow brush! I'm usually all against the sponges because of hygene, but in this case please you can have your dirty sponges back! xD Edit: I've decided to crown her the queen of wrong tools...

And gosh, those nails! Where I live, MUAs and beauticians are not allowed to have long and colored nails. Besides the unsanitary aspect of long nails, these people can really hurt you, especially when they get this close to your eyes - or inside in this case 🥵🥵

I'd really be concerned that you could get an infection if those tweezers broke the skin even a tiny bit... along with her putting her fingers, (who knows how clean they were) in the waterline. I doubt the tweezers were sterile. Then I don't understand why these places don't have disposable doe foot applicators to put on lip products. So gross... You could get herpes!

If you have dark eyes you can get away with almost any colour eyeshadow! Purple, greens, blue all look amazing! Pink and red too if you have really white eyeballs 💚

Why would they use a dirty mascara brush ?

If she was needing to cut the damn lash she should have measured them first and then did it then applied. Jesus i havent even watched half of it and she is..... Girl I am like furious!!!! 😡

I mean, I don't know what look you were going for here.

I think the eyeshadow here is a good example of: they had an idea, fitting colors and nice glitter on top. But it was executed so badly. It still doesn't matter too much, because small to medium imperfections aren't always that bad. But during the process I just got more and more confused because I feld like they mixed the steps up, wrong color on wrong position, the shape and then blending wasn't included in the price I guess xD But with the glitter it somehow still looks decent.

I watch your videos faithfully. I can't hardly believe these MUA's actually have jobs. I think a 5 year old could do a better job

I was not crazy about the colour and the extended wing. Less is more and a different combination of colours might have been a wiser choice. It looks quite harsh.
