I actually don’t hate this look? It’s definitely not £70 worth of skill… but you didn’t leave with streaky contour, orange skin or wonky lips, and the lashes did suit you (is this how low the bar is now for these worst rates MUAs? 😂)

Adding water to the eyeshadow can actually make the shadow more vibrant.

I never knew highlighter tripled as contour and foundation. Wow so versatile

Call me crazy, but up until she put that last blue highlighter on, I thought it looked pretty good... Btw, she's actually right about the beauty spot; if it's small like yours is, they look way better darkened with a pencil than to be half covered up... I don't care whose doing the makeup, and how expensive the makeup is; unless your using undertaker makeup, you can still see the beauty spot under the makeup!

She's sweet. I think the blaring TV agitated her a bit during the eyelash escapade and made things worse.

What a strange thing to have playing in a salon, ppl go to get away from the world outside and relax....but this salon is like nope we're listening to the News!

The glue in your eye had me cringing!! The rest of the makeup isn’t as bad as we’ve seen before…I find it funny that she used the highlighter at the end, like contour. She was so sweet.

You mean massages and facial at 1 star salons or in general? Because getting those treatments in bad places can be damaging to one's skin or back etc... I'd rather keep seeing the funny makeup 😊.

If she had applied a nice warm brown instead of that awful red shadow and blended, it would have looked much better. The lip colour would have looked better too. The face makeup was a wreck.

I quite like it and the colours look good on you, but definitely not worth the £70. You paid more for the costumer service than the job itself

Watering eyeshadow (if good quality) will rise pigmentation BUT highly DONT recomand using water as it will (once dryed) smudge more easily so if used as a eyeliner.... will run quickly BUT there is products now that you buy to create ur eyeliners with shadow palettes that STAY when used.... so there 😊 OH AND NO water in eyeshadow does NOT make it waterproof 😅🤣 wtf

I just dont know what is happening to ur poor face right now!!! I will give her a couple points tho for the lipstick cause i kinda like it. Julia u really r a trooper to put urself thru these videos and without laughing ur ass off, lol. I definitely would not be able to do it.

I think it was highlighted, but she used it in your jaws and near your nose, if I'm not mistaken. So random 😂.

i consider them deserving a one star when they dont listen if that makes sense. So you go in there like a normal customer you say what you want and how you want it, you say what you like and dont like. and if they still do whatever they want and treat you badly then and only then do they deserve a bad review. But going in and lying to them saying oh im going out eat or to a party or yes this color is fine even though its not what you actually want. or yes my neck is comfortable even though you are sitting there in pain these are all things that are setting the artist up for failure if that makes sense. thats like telling a husband to look at a sexy lady across the street and then when he does slapping him and calling him a dirty wanker for looking. but regardless i love your videos so much and i hope you have a blessed Merry Christmas

Salons deserve one star also when they do a job badly: when they don't apply products properly, when they're unclean, when they leave you with an unfinished look, if you know what I mean. Also, when they have no manners or don't have customer service etc... I don't think not telling them that their chair is hurting your neck is setting them up for failure: they should know themselves that their chair is uncomfortable. And even if you don't tell them what specific look you want, you can tell if they're good MUAs or not. So I don't agree with your take on Julia's videos, but I'm glad you enjoy them 😊 P.S. It's not Julia giving these salons a 1 star review, she probably doesn't even rate them after the experience. So her "lying" is inconsequential to the place rating.

Julia you’re naturally gorgeous and don’t take offense at all but… i really am so mad and angry at whoever does your lip injections. lookup trisha paytas cbb era vs now; her filler was misplaced and she had it dissolved and redone. it’s not about to dissolve, it’s about the redone AKA going to a competent physician !!!!!

3 minutes in and I can feel the bacteria trying to jump off my screen. I do not understand why they don't use a palette. It's so quick and easy and everything stays clean. She's applying directly to the face.....😢
