@@LataushaTheAuthorme using a diffuser helped a lot with limiting puffiness and keeping my curl definition >>> air drying!!

But when it’s dry…

it's still defined without the flakiness!

Nothing will combat this it's just our hair

Right, because once it's dry it's puffy, I would like to see the results once dry, because of course it's smooth while wet

Idk I have 3c 4a and I get my roots super defined. If you’re lacking curl definition in the roots ur not using enough styler there or ur scalp is really dry maybe u need a hot oil treatment. I don’t think areas of having no curl definition is normal for curly hair unless u have 4c which the girl in the vid does not.

​@@cecemimi101You are incorrect. All hair has curl definition, if you're using the correct product/combo and technique. Plus, there is no such thing as 4a,b,c,d,e,f,g hair. You can have several types of curl patterns on your head. Take it from someone who has them all. I'm curly, kinky, wavy and straight; the application technique is using more product on those areas that are resistant to achieve the outcome you desire🙏🏾

My hair is smooth from root to end but when fully died my roots puff up instantly

@@nonya3681 i read the comments on their site. It doesnt work for every hair type. Some ppl still had puffy roots.

I have the same hair texture as you but how is your roots no puffy and it is staying down bc my hair roots are puffy and it’s doesn’t stay down or less have I shampoo on my hair I want to wear my natural hair but my puffy roots won’t stay down

Is mousse okay to use on ethnic / mixed hair? My daughter is mixed - I've gotten most of her curls defined, but the roots are something else. I'm trying to stay away from anything that will dry her hair out (hence the mousse question) and don't want to put conditioning products on her roots (was told this can delay growth, which her hair hasn't grown much in the last 2 years)...I'm at a loss at this point!

My daughter has low porosity hair I've found that setting lotion foam mouse has been the key Finally! Lol

Mines way worse plus shrinkage 😂

And, sorry… THAT is always TOO much product for me. No matter what line I use, tons of product is not my answer. It just means buildup which impedes styling on day 2.
