Frizz doesn't look that bad on type 3 or type 4 curls. It looks the worst when you have wavy or a mix of wavy and curly.
Video idea: choose a struggling subscriber/follower and give them a curly hair care routine /advice ! Or reacting to curly hair routines !
Love all these tips! If there’s one thing all curls have in common it’s FRIZZ. I love how you touched on how it’s normal 🙌🏼
I’ve been so hard on myself about the wet frizz I usually get when styling , it wasn’t a lot but I thought I was doing something wrong every time , so hearing that it’s normal and to embrace them instead means a lot coming from you❤️ Happy texture Tuesday ! So happy y’all convinced me to start my journey❤️
That sad moment when you're Moroccan, but you can't afford that Moroccan oil 😭
Love the moment where I’m like wow her hair looks amazing and then she mentions it’s 2:07am... the best hair days are the ones where no one sees you in person and then you go to sleep. Who can relate?
At first, I was like: Stainless steel treatment?! What's that! 🤣
WHO HAS Curl envy?? 🙋🏻♀️
I mean, I almost cried of relief. My wet frizz is ridiculous, and I’ve only found one video that addressed wet frizz specifically. My finished hair is good though. Working on getting it back to great, thanks to you! Why can’t I rake product into my hair and manipulate the hairs like so many others? My curls break up, get stringy and even more frizzy. If I rake, I ended up having the wooooorst hair day. Thanks for all the education!
okay why did she literally turn into kylie jenner once she had her hair up in a bun?!?!?!?
Happy
Quarantine + online classes had me forgetting that today was Texture Tuesday.
I’m super hard on myself on my frizz. I get tons of compliments all the time and I say to myself “please don’t look at this one section” not realizing that they can’t even notice that one section. Thanks for the self-esteem boost!
I’ve always struggled and had insecurities with my hair since I was a little kid. I was so amazed and envious by how beautiful everyone’s hair look like as well as how healthy they looked. I’ve wanted to become a hair stylist for years but I always felt so insecure and discouraged by how my hair isn’t healthy nor I did not even know where or how to start. Ever since I found your KZread channel I became obsessed and changed my hair 180° by watching almost every video you posted! I have improved my hair so much and thanks to you and your seester Amanda you guys gave me the confidence and the courage to decide on going to a hair school next year. This may not be a big deal but honestly I wouldn’t have been so confident and feel so amazing if it weren’t for you two. I learned so much about my hair and learning more day by day makes me just fall in love with hair even more knowing that my curls can turn out to be healthy like yours and I truly appreciate it for all the videos and the effort you put in these videos! You’re my hero and forever will love your videos❤️ I hope that soon one day when I do peoples hairs and give them tips on how to help out their hair that they see results and learn more about their own individual hair just like the amazing Mel!!! Thanks again and I wish you and your sister gains more subscribers because you are honestly so underrated you deserve the best and more ❤️🥺
Have I been sitting in bed for 45 minutes waiting for this video to upload? Yes,yes I have 🤣
Thanks Mell! I just had this conversation with my hair stylist a few weeks ago. I told her how I loved her hair and how tamed her frizz was compared to mine, and she told me that she was JUST complaining about her own frizz to her co-worker. We are our own harshest critics for sure 😊
Girl I haven't watched in a while and YOUR HAIR GOT LONG 😍❤
This is exactly what I needed. I was looking for Mane by Mell videos where she talks about how to reduce frizz, and then BAM, she posts one
Just started my curly journey and Tuesday’s are my favorite day 😍😍😍
Also, I would like to see a video on acceptable protective styles for the work place. Winter is coming and I want to keep my hair tucked away and need ideas besides the typical braid and bun.
