Sadly the actual reason was James Gunn destroyed it in vol. 2 Then the Russo brothers brought it back in infinity war and endgame cuz its iconic for his look. Now James Gunn have to make quick reason why it wasnt there

well maybe this will be a segway to his comic accurate helmet, maybe rocket makes it for him with a little note saying dont forget it, dawning the helmet with the crown and perhaps bluetooth earbuds

If that was the case it would’ve popped up in the fight scene where him and groot were fighting

You think too much about it. He just didn't remember to grab it simple as that. You make it seem as if nano tech doesn't need somewhere to originate. He put the device away and just didn't use it. Obviously gunn wanted the audience to see and feel the emotions expressed by the characters face

And what a BEAUTIFUL face Chris Pratt/Peter Quill/Star Lord has!! I WANTED to see and feel EVERY emotion on his Face in ALL the 3 GOTG Movies, but 3 was by FAR the most emotional and so it was the MOST important for that to happen and a VERY wise choice on James Gunn's part to do things that way and it made perfect sense to do things that way in the PHENOMENAL GOTG 3 Movie!!

Hasn't Gunn said he was pissed about infinity war, it screwed with his plans for vol 3. He destroyed the helmet on purpose for vol 3 and didn't want to change that. We can make up a story for continuity but I don't think there is 1.

@@nicespejohe’s never said he was pissed about anything. He was involved with the writing process and brought it to make sure everything would work out. In fact, yandu wasn’t suppose to die in 2 but he changed it to work with infinity war and said it made 2 better for Peter’s arc. And gamora was always set to die

It makes no sense as the helmet was always attacked around his neck and rocket made a point of explaining to stark he understood nano tech during end game. If rocket built something it would have been better than the stock original, not worse. They forgot about him having the helmet in first movie in space and ignored the barrier tech from the second movie. Dumb

I definitely like to think that he never unpacked it after settling in Knowhere, probably reminds him of the previous Guardians. Plus while it was nano tech in a way, it still came as a chip he had behind his ear

lame excuse; you have a new well-stocked modified ship with almost everything on it except spares for things that Quill personally use like his rocket attachments and helmet and if they made a point that Groot can be use as mobile storage compartment why limit themselves to guns?

Why are there more and more of these videos where text to speech is used? It’s always the same voice and it already reads works poorly so it sounds disjointed
