Also, feelings of unworthiness extend the possibilty to continue to act shamefully, "I'm a filthy addict, what difference if I continue down this road?" All created beings have been dealt with in grace. Satan and the fallen angels were all forgiven. They refused to accept this forgiveness. The same is true of mankind, all have been forgiven, some accept it, some reject it. Christ died for all, not just some.

God has no reason to “forgive” satan. Satan only ever did what God told him to do and did god’s work for him. He’s not bad or evil.

You know god and satan are fictional character because they never grow never learn never mature. Frozen in time as they were written.

Here's my issue with a rapture idea. As in the days of Noah, during those days THE WICKED WERE SWEPT AWAY. Not the righteous. When we are told we will meet him in the clouds, that should be for the 1000 year reign. We will be welcoming him because it's the beginning of forever. We aren't supposed to leave the Earth, it says the meek SHALL INHERIT THE EARTH. The idea of escaping the coming troubles just doesn't sound right to me. I'm not trying to cause trouble, just create dialogue.

Of course, humans do not have immortality and we cannot absolutely verify we come back. God actually already experienced Satan's fall, long before us. Satan is God's son and he rewarded Satan for tricking us and gave him the World. We got death and no verification of immortality, meanwhile Satan lives indefinitely. Are you sure, God is on our side...if he were...might he abandon his curse of death on us?

This is why so many have justified following church and government leaders who openly violate so many of the teachings of Christ and many of the Commandments. We say, yes he committed adultery often, has great pride in amassing wealth, and shows no real effort to care for the "least of these"; but he says he is defending Christians from those sinners who attack "us". We effectively choose to follow sin in doing so. Choosing the lesser of two evils is still choosing evil. All to avoid the hard work of actually caring for all people and trying to help them even if they are not ready.

There exists a book predating the Bible, recounting a narrative where the Devil did not originate in heaven but was a Gjin, embracing God's ways and worshipping Him. God allowed him to dwell in His kingdom. However, upon the creation of man and their bestowed free will, Satan grew envious and rebelled, persuading some angels to join him. This ancient text predates the Bible. Im not going to tell you the name because it tell you how to summon demons/gjin

So then he has to send "his son" to earth to be killed by Romans to "pay for these sins" of man? The same sins that God allowed to exist to begin with? Why does logic prevent ne from believing like all these ppl at church? I just refuse to hang up my common sense on some hook just outside the church doors. What is more likely of these to be true? This whole complex interwound mystical book giving "clues" to us about the truth or none of it exists and never existed but you just WANT it to be true? Pretty easy choice for me...wow..
