The thing is I just don't think potter was ready to take a job this big. Watching him in the dugout its like he's a spectator, I dont even feel his presence in the game till the games done. Obviously I don't think the abuse he's getting should be as bad as its is but I believe at the end of the day its the new owner whose gone and messed everything up more than anyone else.

@@vChilly Exactly. I don't really blame Potter for anything. If there's anyone who should be blamed, it has to be the new ownership. You don't go from a coach like Tuchel to Potter, you don't. Funnily, I think Potter is a very good coach tactically but he doesn't have the personality or mentality that elite coaches do have. Compare Potter to elite coaches like Pep, Klopp, Ancelotti and then the likes of Ten Hag or even Arteta. Besides their tactical mastery, they're like animals who are very competitive and they don't demand anything but the very best from their players and this is what makes their teams ruthless winners. Potter has never shown that he's the kind of guy who demands a lot from his players. He would even be praising them after every dreadful performance. He just doesn't possess that extra edge that it takes to be an elite coach. It's even glaring now with the way he has handled things in this disastrous period that the team is. Now it's like everything is just getting worse. As good as he might be tactically, he's far from being an elite coach and he's definitely not up to the standard of a coach that should manage Chelsea.

He was best manager and will always have special place in heart of Chelsea Fans. We miss you Thomas Tuchel 😭😭

I'm heartbroken watching this, so many amazing memories and moments with him. He supported the team like a fan, kicked every ball and articulated himself so well, such high demands. Got us to finals, won champions league and he got fired... for Graham Potter. I'm dead inside and will never buy CFC merch while it is like this

TT is my number 1 manager because the absolute passion and love he had for Chelsea FC was something iv never seen in Chelseas history, the way he celebrated just like all fans when they scored made me fall in love with him and I miss him very much and I hope he comes back to Chelsea as soon as possible.

I’m a spurs fan. Tuchel bleeds chelsea and gave his 100% everytime. Amazing passionate manager. The derby in September was a awesome game and we got lucky. Tuchel’s shake hand with conte is a epic moment. He never accepted defeat at any cost.

One of my favorite managers. He even said he was at home here and it's such a shame we let him go.

Tuchel was a great coach who made Chelsea a team so difficult to beat. I remember Chelsea vs Real Madrid at the Santiago Bernabeu what great match. Y did we not offer Tuchel the same support we are giving Potter. Its clear that the new owners wanted a yes man and Potter is the perfect fit. Tuchel was never going to be a yes man so they had to get rid of him.

Chelsea was most dangerous club during Thomas Tuchel era. What was a team. So so powerful. That match against Real Madrid at Santiago Bernabeou. I can't forget that. Thomas Tuchel was greatest manager in club history for me. I missed Tuchel, Cech, Marina trio.

Marina was the one who bought Lukaku and decided to sell Werner + Giroud. I’m glad she’s gone, now we have Christopher Vivell cuz she was one of the reasons he got sacked

I still remember waking up and being in bed when I found out that he had been sacked and honestly it was one of the most shocking and confusing moments. We had everything set in sight to continue the greatness that we had seen during his time. The last few months where he was in charge were far from great, it was poor results on top off poor displays on the pitch but one thing I always said before a Chelsea game is “ I love this club and know that Tuchel will always give his best no matter what”. Unfortunately it’s a cruel world we live in and in my opinion Tuchel would’ve been the one to help us and guide us through the difficult moments.

What made me love him the most was the first leg against Real Madrid in 2021,he stood in the rain till it stopped raining whiles Ancelotti was relaxing under the coach’s tunnel

His emotions made me feel him as a Chelsea fan. You always will be in our hearts ❤😢🇩🇪

Tuchel (our best coach since Jose Mourinho) was sacked because of a few factors: 1. Some players felt he was pushing them too hard. 2. He got tired of Boehly and Co always asking him to join management meetings. 3. He refused buying into Boehly's vision of buying young inexperienced players like Chukwuemeka, Cassadei, Slonina etc. He wanted to compete and wanted proven players. 4. He complained bitterly about not buying players when we lost to Arsenal during pre season. Let's start a #BringBackTuchel movement and make so much noise with it.
