@@susanburrow3238 I’m 26 and currently working as a first responder. Your comment about your age just made me think about my line of work. It reminds me that old age is a subjective term and an experience some of us will not be granted in life… Even then, I’ve witnessed firsthand the way that a person’s genuine beauty is something they radiate from the inside out, and it never truly dies. I think we show our gratitude for the life we’ve been gifted by living it fully and compassionately every day. I hope you are doing something fun today and I hope you know that *your* beauty is palpable to me, even from online and miles away. God bless and much love from El Paso, TX 🤠🌵🏜

You are a TART lol only joking I'm...clocking on a bit and I think Wayne can be WICKED ❤ Much ❤️ from Wales 🏴
I am 39 years old, and I have never watched a more honest, funny and straight forward makeup artist! Your the best, I always need and appreciate these technique and "how-to" videos.
Your techniques have made me accept and love my face more. I’ve started using minimal products and just accepting my skin and looks, but your techniques make a huge difference to all of us!

I have stopped covering my entire face with foundation because of Wayne simply because I don’t actually need it! Obviously there’s other things I use but it just feels better to not go crazy covering up the skin on my whole face.
I remember a tutorial you posted years ago, something like "stop applying blush in a way that ages you" and you used this technique vs the old "apply to the 'apple' of the cheek." One of the single best makeup tips I've ever gotten.

Me too. I think about that almost every time I wear blush.
you did a video on this over 10 years ago, and i’ve been applying blush here ever since!! (i was 16 then, i’m 27 now!)
EVERY tip this master artist has ever given has wonderfully worked for me ! Thanks again for yet another great technique 🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰
As a fairly femme guy I love to use a little make up but always get a bit nervous that I’ll look like a panto dame! Your channel has helped me so much. You’re a star x
I've never liked all of the highlighting as too much starts looking like a glazed donut. Love your videos! I'm hooked after I watched the technique for hooded eyes. Thank you.
Thank you - finally a voice of reason. I see so many young women (also KZreadrs) these days who smile violently into their mirror and then dot their blusher on the 'apple'. As soon as they stop smiling, they end up with a red spot placed beside the tip of their nose. This always reminds me of an eight-year-old who has played with her mama's makeup. It takes the desire to look younger to a totally new level...
I can't tell you how many times in the last year I've questioned where to put my blush. Is it too high, too low, on the apples, not on the apples??? This method is the first one to make sense! And it's going to be easy to remember! Thank you so much, Wayne!
Phew. Knowing all that you've been teaching hasn't gone in vain when I do my daily makeup is a great feeling. I've tried all the different blush application techniques you've demonstrated on your channel and it is amazing to see the variations in my appearance with each method.
I've always said this!! Always apply higher than you think!
I love your support uncomplicated make up tutorials. Thank you for not being ridiculously complex.
I JUST finished doing my makeup, looked in the mirror, realized how poor my blush looked. Opened KZread and your video popped up. KZread algorithm reading my mind today. Been a subscriber for a while, always love your videos, but this one was perfect timing. Thank you for posting!
I’m 65 and my blush used to be lower. Now it’s close to my lower eye. Something’s drop at my age and others go up. Mostly things start falling unfortunately. But Wayne almost makes everyone feel beautiful! ♥️
This is how boys and men can wear make up and it looks like skin. I’ve spent many years trying foundations and then bronzers etc to bring life back to the face, and it looks like a man wearing a beat face. These days it’s carefully placed bronzer and blush, and I’ve never had anyone question what I’m ‘wearing’. But lots of compliments saying I always have great skin. I’m pale pale. But placement can be a game changer to keep it looking natural.
Love that your content is short and to the point. Also, that you aren’t heavy handed like so many others. Thanks!
I haven’t watched any makeup tutorials/tips videos in years, not by a conscious decision but life just got in the way..then I put on this and immediately was like “get with the program Self, there’s a reason his videos are still a thing”. Also he doesn’t look like he’s aged even 1 day 🤯🤩
“Neapolitan looks so good on skin” 😂😂😂😂😂
I like it whenever you say one can do whatever they want but .. . Thank you so much Wayne for this one😘
I learned this trick by accident at 20 years old when I was a makeup beginner. I bought a 2-in-1 blush and highlighter palette and applied the blush where highlighter should go. I always thought it looked better.
“Because Neapolitan looks so good on skin.” Then the face Wayne makes. 😂
This was a fantastic tip! I find that since my hair is now white that cheeks are very important, along with what lip color I use. You don’t realize how much your colored hair adds till it is gone. I am not complaining as I get many compliments on my white bob. Thanks 😊

“‘Cause Neopolitan looks so good on skin…” (that look, eyebrow raised). Love you, Wayne Goss! 💕
I find your tips so great. Thanks much!💖💖
This is correct. I've seen several "influencers" use heavy foundation to cover up their redness only to put it right back on with blush.

Agree. It does look lovely on them, though, but it’s not a look I could pull off. Have a wonderful evening!!
Wayne you are fantastic. Quick, informative videos that are easy to understand and follow. Oh and you made the BEST eyeshadow brushes in the game. PERIOD.
Been following you since your videos on your old dark apartment. I remember a video you did years ago about blusher & ever since I have teached this technique to every single one of my clients. Years as a MUA & this technique is still #1 for me, I show them the 2 finger rule for blusher & the ear to eye measurement. It works every time & women love when I show them how easy it is and the "lift". Thank you for all the teachings and techniques tru the years.
I still like the blush draping technique you showed us 3 months ago. It actually helps my dark circles look better.

Thank you. That makes prefect sense. You're looking so fresh and well, btw. Hope you're having an excellent summer!
I found ur channel when I was a young girl and I can say ur videos and what I have learnt have shaped 80% of the way I do my makeup. Thank youuuuuu Wayne
I would love to see this look with bronzer too. Very helpful video.
That blush is my fav Wayne! Love it so much! Because of you I now apply my products perfectly 🥰
This is how I have placed my blush and highlighter for years. It looks super natural. I have a very round face and with proper placement of my blush, highlighter, and contour, it really does help make my cheekbones stand out in a more natural manner

Wayne, I just love your informative videos!! They make me think! Thanks!
Always interesting, respectful, honest, professional, knowledgeable and minimalistic Wayne! Finally no more guessing and struggle to apply the blush and highlighter! Thank you …..we don’t want to look like a Neapolitan ice cream! ❤️❤️❤️
Hi Wayne it makes so much sense to put it higher because as we age unfortunately our face drops a tad Thank you for the tips see you in the next one 🌺🌸
I love blush!! It just makes my face look happy no matter what. Love you Wayne
Thanks Wayne. I have a very small face and find many blush brushes make it difficult not to overapply. However I purchased your #2 brush a while back and find it perfect for getting the correct placement on the cheekbones.
Your videos are great, I've learned so much from you. Thank you for sharing your knowledge with others.
This makes so much sense, thank you Wayne. I was wondering about the highlighter, so I’ll be using this technique from now on. I’ve just started using my lipstick as a blusher, and it works really well, obviously it’s not deep red or shocking pink, but I think quite fresh looking 💕💕💕
Always looking for tips and how to change up my makeup 💗
Sweet Wayne you're a gem. Such a kind soul. ❤️
I’m so glad to see that I’ve been using a good approach all these years, as I never could get on-board with the whole “apples” of the cheek method. It just made my more rectangular face look fuller & was so unflattering. I’m a “blusher in the temples“ kinda’ gal as well (I’ll blame all the 80’s avant-garde influencers with their blush-draping on my young impressionable mind). Haha! 😄💜

This is why a glowy blusher looks gorgeous!!...
Wayne, you are my Hero... Brilliant, instructions always.
Thank you for always keeping things simple for us!
I've been applying my blush and highlighter this way for years. Even with my prominent cheekbones, it makes my face look so incredibly lifted and sexy.❤️
this was an amazing tip video! using this technique from now on!
Thank you so much for this blusher demo. I live in New Zealand and I have just received my first WG product, your Peony blusher. It is truly the best blusher I have ever used. I blends so easily and beautifully.
Thanks Wayne, I always struggle with blush placement ☺
Thanks Wayne for the tips. I try to follow this technique. Take care.
Thank you for this, very helpful. I am going to try and see how it works.
Thanks for this, Wayne! 💚
Absolutly love your channel. Learned a lot and keep on learning 🖤🖤🖤
I never used blush because I was intimidated by placement so I stuck to just contour bronze. Not anymore, thanks heaps for this incredible tip aka hack

Hi! So, do you mean that you wear a bronzey shade of contour instead of blush? If so, that sounds like a really neat idea. Can you tell me more about your face shape and coloring, and what color (s) you feel look the best? I’m really fair (fish-belly white is the southern term for it…lol). Thanks in advance-I love learning new stuff! And…thank you, Wayne, for the video!
You look fantastic, Wayne.
