My experience says even Reverb G2 isnt enough for visual quality and it has micro stutter while your race despite it gives 90fps. I need pimax crystal or somnium vr. Yes I feel im inside the car but cant feel im driving a car

I have this exact PC only I went with the Intel I9 13900KF CPU, Stormforce made one hell of a PC here! Hope you are enjoying as much as I am now! Its great for VR and runs everything. Pretty crazy how demanding Flight sim is.... DLSS looks pants to me i.e. cockpit goes fuzzy so I sacrifice FPS for better quality, Boy does it run better than my 4060TI..... There is a trick on flight sim to run DLSS and up the res on it if your interested. Great video and great PC!

Oh man yeah the PC is incredible. I had a 5800x/3070 PC before this and it's night and day, especially for VR and 4K gaming, doesn't even break a sweat.

Why didn't you show what your resolution scale is at or any of the settings that are set for each game? You performance metrics mean squat without this info.

I have another video on the channel covering that, but I generally have it at 1.3x resolution and 800mbps bitrate.

Is blade and sorcery still so tough to run? I mean i expected B&S to be easy to run on max even on the 4070.

After the latest 1.0 update no, it’s been optimized quite a bit and runs way better.

2:10 it's going to be very optimized in tbe 1.0 release, the version your playing in the video is mostly just a "tech demo" not made to be optimized, V1.0 is made to be a polished optimized game.

Very awesome. When I get my job hopefully soon waiting for a response I will be saving up for a PC like this and a valve index. :)

That’s great Mark, thank you! I wouldn’t recommend an Index in this day and age. For that price it’s really not worth it. I mean yeah it’s somewhat comfortable and it has good audio, but the resolution and lenses are old tech and it’s kinda ridiculous they’re still selling it for the same price as over 4 years ago when it launched.

​@AfkBxndit quest 3 or pico 4 are the top dogs right now. Theres also bigscreen vr but i dont think its good for gaming necessarily. When in doubt go with the quest 3 for sure, unless you plan on waiting for something new to come out

why would you use a 7950x3d? a 7800x3d has higher gaming performance.

Well, as mentioned, the PC was sent to me by Stormforce, so it wasn’t necessarily a decision on my part to go with 7950 instead of 7800. I assume they configured it that way knowing multi-core performance is important as I also edit and stream from this PC.

actually that issue has been resolved, and with wireless VR you want more cores to help with encoding.

No, they perform similarly, both have 8 cors for 3D cache. 7950x3d requires a bit more fiddling to get all 8 cores active, but in the end, 7800x3D performs only about 1% better. However, for anything else besides gaming, intel 13900k/14900k or ryzen 9 7950x3D perform better (especially intel). I use my 4090 strix oc/7800x3D exclusively for gaming, and that's why I have it. Because of gaming performance and plug and play usage. If I were to use my compiter for gaming/production, I would probably go with 7950x3D but not intel except if I would need a productivity monster....

Yeah I know... I think there were mods available for them, and not sure what engine they're using, but UEVR is always an option if they're made with Unreal Engine.

dont get it how my 4090 7800x3d 64gb 6600mhz have issues running VR on quest 3. Like on higher settings its just a blur fest on racing sims.... And this guy runs Ultra smootly...

Do you run the Quest 3 wireless or wired? Your PC should not have any issues whatsoever with VR and run anything pretty much maxxed out and at at least 1.2-1.3x resolution scale in the Quest Link app. If you’re running wireless via Airlink or Virtual Desktop, it might be your network causing the issue and not your PC.

@@VRManCave I run it wired. Tried Desktop App wifi image was much better but getting glitch every now and then which nearly killed my race. That's why got back to wired. Asseto Corsa runs fine and beautiful but iRacing as faster I go as more blury image becomes…

Because these videos are all absolute fkn BS, view farming click bait.... they never once mention that what you see in these videos is not 1% what you see through the lenses. They just let people go on. Even in his reply comments its framed like it might be network or some other BS. Never once mentions the truth that every VR KZreadr posts videos recorded through monitor which the lenses pushed up to your eyes can not come close to the same pixel density. Snake oil tubers!

Yeah definitely. I still enjoy it a lot but it could definitely do with more optimization, which has actually been promised by the Devs for the long awaited 1.0 update.

I always felt saints and sinners was trash ......as you were speaking on it.... I was 🤔....this game suxx... I really only wanna know how it runs on max settings on vr sim racing...... Then you said it. 🤣👍

Honestly why lie and waste people's time? I have a 4090, i9, Pimax Crystal and a Pico 4 (For wireless) .... What NONE of you VR KZreadrs ever once mention is that these videos are recorded from the monitor and what you see through the lenses is not even 1% as good as what you see in these videos!! ... And that we are about 10 years off from achieving this level of quality. Maybe when the RTX 9090 comes around we will start getting close. Until then you waste peoples time and money desperately trying to achieve anything close to these videos. Why do you guys never once mention that the videos in no way reflect what you see through the lenses? Answer us that....

I've mentioned this a billion times before, though I guess I failed to remember doing it in this video. But even if there was a way to record in-headset, it would still not show what you actually see with your eyes. Everyone's eyes are different, every headset is different. Even recording with a camera "through the lens" is a very deceptive view of what one sees when actually wearing a VR headset. So honestly, your comment is not in any way helpful to anyone, unless you're suggesting no one ever make any VR-related content ever until the quality of the recording exactly matches what you see in the headset, which again, is impossible. The number of variables involved is absolutely insane, again, from the eyes of the person, to the headset, to the method of recording and even the monitor or device they're watching the video on. If you have a better way of doing things, please enlighten all of us.

@@VRManCave On this video it should be stated clearer than any. In my early days, as will be the vast majority of viewers to this type of content, It was these kind of videos that led me down unobtainable rabbit holes that would result in me being close to returning my equipment. Just look at how many people in the comments here are confused AF wondering why their high end systems can't achieve this. It's not fair, whichever way you shape it, it's doing a diservice to these people and its not just you its EVERY VR KZreadr, bar none, no exceptions, that say oh it must be XYZ reason, you are doing something wrong, when actually they are not at all. They are just not being told they will absolutely not be able to achieve, as you are also not able, to get this level of quality and no matter what you say, you know ultimately I am right. Now actually I also want you to know, although it may not seem like it here, but you are my fav VR tuber, every other video I find great from you, great info, great editing and production level, I just can't stand these videos. Then seeing so many confused, questioning their equipment, wondering why they are not seeing this quality. And its not fair dude. Sorry but I am gonna call you all out when I see these videos, coz you guys completely ruined my experience in the early days. I spent 90% of the time trying out fixes going down rabbit holes and no time playing.
