ingredients:
3 apples
4 eggs
130 g fine sugar
a sachet of vanilla sugar (8g)
a lemon
150ml milk
100ml sunflower oil
200g flour
a sachet of baking powder (11g)
a little butter and sugar for the mold
for the decoration I chose caramel but you can put what you like like icing sugar or jam or leave it plain it's just as good
