Ingredients:

1 apple (150-170 grams) sweet and sour
1 lemon (100-120grams)
4 eggs
130 grams of sugar (7 heaped tablespoons)
1 teaspoon vanilla sugar or vanilla extract
180 grams of sour cream
35 ml butter
1 pinch of salt
170 grams of flour
8 grams baking powder
Bake for 40-50 minutes at 180°
