Ingredients:

50 grams of candied fruits
1 orange (200 grams) zest + juice
2 eggs
200 grams of sugar
8 grams vanilla sugar
110 grams butter
120 grams of sour cream or yogurt (without additives)
1 pinch of salt
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
190 grams of flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
8-10 grams of butter (for greasing the pan)
Glaze:
3 tablespoons powdered sugar
120 grams of soft cottage cheese
1 pinch vanilla sugar (optional)
For decoration nuts, raisins, orange
Bake for 45-50 minutes at 180°
