Registered for halp, it's asking for English proficiency test but my undergraduate degree was done in the U.S. I've sent them an email to see if they'll be able to make an exception

I'm sorry but halp isn't flexible in choice of school. Their schools have very high tuition fees.

as much as one year mba looks attractive , trust me most schools demand all the payment before u can apply for study permit ! Crandall university did that to me , they insisted on all the CAD 26,160 full term fees before they can enroll me , that was their demand .... no amount of pleading i did made them rescind their policy , well i just had to let my admission go ..... it was becoming stressful....
