This is One of my Favorite Meal Prep Breakfasts/Bedtime Snacks

Тәжірибелік нұсқаулар және стиль

I love using these Baked Oatmeals as a pre bedtime snack or as a breakfast. I always like finishing off the day with something sweet and these hit the spot for me.
Here is a link to this recipe on my website: mealprepmanual.com/strawberri...

Protein Powder: amzn.to/334apW6
Baking Dish: amzn.to/3Gx2Vsm
Wood Cutting Board: amzn.to/3ut7zFi
Mixing Bowls: amzn.to/3J7RFUO
INGREDIENTS
3 cups (240 g) old fashioned oats
2 scoops (60 g) vanilla protein powder
1 tsp (4 g) baking powder
4 cups (450 g) strawberries frozen is fine
2 tsp (8 g) sugar or sub 1/2 sugar alternative
2 tbsp (42 g) maple syrup
1 tbsp (14 g) butter
10 tbsp (150 g) liquid egg whites or 2 eggs
2 cups (480 g) skim milk
4 oz (113 g) plain cream cheese
2 tbsp (20 g) sugar
INSTRUCTIONS
FOR THE BAKED OATMEAL
1. Preheat your oven to 375°F.
2. If your strawberries are whole, cut them into thin slices. If you would like a sweeter end product, sprinkle 2 tsp sugar or 1 tsp splenda the top of the strawberries and allow them to macerate.
3. In a large bowl, mix together the oats, protein powder, and baking powder.
4. Add in the egg whites, milk, syrup, 1 tbsp of melted butter, and most of the strawberries. Reserve a few to put on top.
5. Spray a 13"x9" pan with oil and add the oat mixture.
6. Mix together the cream cheese and sugar. You can microwave it for a bit to help it soften. Put a few spoonfuls of the cream cheese around your pan and swirl it around as best as you can.
7. Bake for 35-40 minutes.
PLATING
8. This recipe makes 6 servings. Cut the oatmeal into 6 equal pieces. Store it in the fridge for 5-6 days.

Other meal preps I’ve seen are all the same on KZread just different dry seasonings lol. Was 436lbs last year in June at 23 years old. Now at 24 I’m down to 328🙏🙏

Just found your channel and I'm so grateful. After a Lethal Cardiac Arythmia which landed me in a coma, I went from 125 lbs to 79 lbs. Although I've come much farther than the medical professionals ever thought I would, I've struggled to gain my weight back. I stayed at around 95 lbs for many years. I would spend months trying to gain, just to put on 3-5 lbs and after a couple days of being sick or not stuffing myself all day everyday, I'd lose it all plus more. I've made it to 115 lbs which is more than I've weighed since the incident. I've been looking for good/affordable meal prep ideas for awhile, especially since I started back to full time work, I can feel the weight falling off again. Looking forward to trying more of your recipes...this one was delicious and worked perfectly for an in-between meal snack (paired with a protein shake) or a quick breakfast on the go. Thanks for the great ideas!

Just a heads up for people using vegan protein. I used Vega and it tastes pretty good, but it’s dry. If you’re going with vegan alternatives, use more liquid or less protein. Vega also appears to have turned the bake a bit of a green color. I’m going to try it the traditional way next week and will compare.

I just put mine in the oven. Only difference is I tried substituting 1tsp Baking Powder for 1/4 tsp baking soda (googled it and it should work?) also using a metal pan to back in which might change the cooking time. Ran a little late but I am excited to try some tonight and tomorrow. Maybe bring a piece to my girlfriends house if it is good, :D I Look forward to trying more recipe's from you they are simple ingredients and easy to follow.

I have used Huel instead of Whey protein. Had to add extra milk to get the right consistency, but it still came out great.

I will say that if you want to increase protein, it could help to use ultra-filtered milk like fairlife, even incremental increases are quite helpful

For the question you got about how to increase the protein - using Greek yogurt instead of cream cheese might work, not sure how the yogurt would hold up in the oven though.

This baked oatmeal version looks the best visually out of all your baked oatmeal’s. This one looks more like a strawberry shortcake. 😎
