You can still file something with the court for the possibility of arresting her at the airport or border if she ever returns. They do that to men who don't pay child support and leave the country, so they should be able to arrest women too.

If the judge ordered her to pay the mortgage. Then the ex does not have to sell the house, or give her half of the profit from selling the house. The judge signed off on it. You just cannot ignore the judge.

Honestly, it sounds like the wife is hiding something. I think this was the terms of the divorce settlement, and him promising half the equity was just to blow smoke up her butt because she was in denial about "losing" the battle. She probably got caught cheating or something and the judge offered her a convenient option to stay in the house and just pay "rent"

Man Think about it from the Ex side. One day shows up and wife and child are gone to see her parents. She asks and gets divorce. Now he sees his girl every other week. Part of him is dead, it hurts that bad. Now daughter almost 18 years old. He is now over her and has the upper hand. I would sell the house and not give her and her new husband a dime. Make them get an attorney and pay the back child support if he can get it reduced for a lump sum or not at all. Women, you have no idea how society has made you so destructive.
