I suggest… first land in usa and then get the idea.. becuase its hoing to expire in 2yrs So first be in a stage where u are looking for job and then u can go for csm certification

Both of these certificates cost a lot to be frank one who wants to learn can easily learn from a $20 book and youtube videos. Then get these certificates rather than getting certificates and then looking for it jobs.

I have done CSM but everywhere they are asking experience. Can you please let me know how to deal with this?

Can someone with non technical background get into scrum? My current role is into events and involves a lot into meeting people and event coordination, just curious if I need to have any technical background to switch to scrum role?

It's mostly soft skills. You don't need a technical background because with your soft skills you will also pick up technical stuff as you go!

No , it's a framework for the management purpose of project, usually we use it in big project where agile methodology is used, isme ek product owner hota he jo client side se apni requirements deta he, scrum master requirements basis pe with help of IT team user story banata he unhe story point (based on how much effort it takes) deta he, and sprint planning krta he(usually 14 days) jisme technical team ko story khatam krni hoti h with qa testing , scrum master sara data store krta he velocity dekhta he or sprint ceremonies krta he .... Mota mota team management and client and technical team ke bich mediator

Scrum masters are utterly useless. You are not only doing literally nothing, but also waste time of developers
