After fully completing the game I know you are planning on watching a speedrun, but I would also suggest reacting to Mossbag's video "The (Mostly) Complete Lore Of Hollow Knight" it is an hour and 20min but it is a really good video to watch after you are done with your playthrough!

Ooo absolutely I will! :D There are some achievements I noticed as well requiring completing the game in a smaller amount of time, I am planning on going for those!

@@squidplushy nice! there is also an achievement for beating the game without dying, AND 100%ing the game without dying, as well as some other really tricky things that I don't want to spoil for you though I will just tell you that they are called Pantheons.

Finally, the Mantis Lords! Fun tip about charms; their abilities can stack, and you might even find some interesting combinations if you play around with which charms you have equipped.

Omg they stack! That is very exciting to hear! My preferred playstyle is usually higher on the offensive end, I really like glass cannon builds in RPGs so I'm veryyyy much looking forward to experimenting with different combinations xD Very stellar tip, thank you! ♡

YES! BEST BOSS AND MUSIC FUCKING FIGHT ME (I think we were all waiting for you to go back to the mantis village. Also while we are talking about place you went once and immediatly left without exploring, you shoul go to crystal peak and see what you can get there)

Mantis Lords are definitely my favorite boss so far; the silence walking in, the stoic drawing of your nail, the music kicking in. Absolutely peak! I'll be hitting up the mines first thing next time too! :3

I've been waiting for you to fight the Mantis Lords from like the second or third episode. I ran into them very quickly after Hornet. Also, don't count vendor's you bought everything from out. Make sure to still check back in on them.

Another friend mentioned fighting them before getting into Deepnest and I was like "oh I just fell into deepnest, I don't even know what Mantis Lords are" LOL Noted on the vendors too, I did notice they all seemed to have things added when we revisited. Let's hope I can hold onto all my Geo I keep carrying around xD

@@squidplushy Regarding that, I think there is an event after depositing at least 2550 geo. I would not deposit more than 4500 in one go though.

I just want to say, remember that you have a tram pass. Because you can use that to get some item's that are MANDATORY for completing every ending in the game.

Oh yeah! We will be getting into the crystal mine area next, but I definitely wanna use the pass afterwards! And we still have the Waterworks to go thru too xD this game just keeps on giving, it is incredible

@@squidplushy its funny because directions you went in your playthrough were just so different than mine. I fought the mantis lords right after hornet, and I had gotten desolate dive as well as a lot of other power ups you don't yet have FAR before howling wraiths.

@@Tauri_FG I have to appreciate that design; even in classics like Super Metroid the general progression was fairly linear with how most areas were blocked off (outside of sequence breaking)

Shaman stone is really good, I haven’t watched the video yet so I don’t know if you use it but it really is very good, also, nice vid, in a week I sadly won’t be able to watch your videos anymore until late september so have fun and good luck

Ooo I checked some resources out for it, those are not insignificant gains in damage LOL That will definitely be one i will prolly want in my late game load out xD and no worries at all on the vids, the playlist will be here and i might even still be playing it by September! I appreciate your support thus far and wish you well during your time away! ^^ ❤️

It's fine if you don't end up switching charms. I NEVER went anywhere without Gathering Swarm, Compass, Thorns and Longnail. Those were my core charms! I only changed charms during specific end game situations that I will not get into! Also as meaningless as your charm organization is, I understand it cause I also HAVE to arrange them in a specific way. For me, I have to organize them in order as they appear on the inventory! XD

If I were playing solo its likely I'd do about the same really! I will probably end up with something similar, but I do think it will be fun to experiment with each if I remember to do so, just to ensure I don't slack in wanting to enjoy everything the game as a whole has to offer Big mood on the inventory management as well, it is silly but our peace of mind goes a long way! xD

I know I have more to look forward to, but they are absolutely my favorite so far too! The presentation was so goooood, nevermind the design itself with the area denial, building atop itself by starting with just the one, then two at the same time. Top tier design in every aspect imo xD
