try getting a clip on tuner and just practice slow

On the fingerpicking part of the song at the end, I figured this out: (Em)-> C, E, A, E (C)-> C, E, A, E (G)-> C, E, A, E, C, E, A, E [Repeat as many time as you want :D]

@@pianopaeonia one year late, but make sure you are pressing the chords on the right spot and tight! And try and keep a steady and smooth rhythm so it doesn’t sound weird? I don’t know how to explain but I’m a beginner so please try to understand!

if the strumming pattern is too complicated for you, an easier option is to just use d d u u d u the whole song and single downstrums where you find necessary
