Ik im rly late lol but what helps me bar is sometimes using my middle finger to help put more pressure on my uke strings if I can't do it completely with just the one finger

Intonation problem maybe? You can just switch it to an E in a pinch though. That goes for almost every song.

So I saw people having a hard time picking up the strumming pattern and I have a trick that could help you: so, picking up the tune of the song is pretty easy right? sing that tune while playing the strumming pattern and it helps a whole lot and helps you get the hang of it. and you become obsessed because when I started to use this technique and strumming pattern I was playing the pattern on every song that I learned after this and one time I forgot the D D U U D U strum which was the main strumming pattern that I used, so, practice all the strumming patterns you know so you don't forget them. ❤️

put your fingers on all of the strings so it wont make like a loud sound and just practice like that so theres less sounds to distract you and so your mind will focus more on the pattern instead of it being distracted by the sound
