To be fair this auditing thing is not that common so when ordinary people come across it then its bit of a shock like whats going on here etc & some people handle it pretty bad or make matters worse but you cant blame them & majority of the people are not clued up on the law of it but to be fair it would be a annoy everyone even the fans in the comment section who love all this because its not on there door step

Great video. Do however feel that when staff film you, you need to remind them of them of their duties under GDPR. They can't for example post your image to KZread, as two of them threatened.

@@rogerborg General Data Protection Regulations, They will be up to there neck in shit if they were to post his image. That's the difference between a member of the public filming and a company filming, they have to stick to the regs and he doesn't.

The only times most of these companies are polite to you is when they’re taking your money off you.

I saw this audit done in Los A geles at a CBD clinic. The owner saw the auditor filming when he drove into work. Spoke with staff and came out with a happy bag with different samples and articles in itspoke with the auditor.and asked if they want to ask any questions he is happy to answer for their ""story """ . After a nice talk he left and the auditor went through the bag and found out he was given qualify stuff. In the comment section,everyone was saying they were buying stuff from the shop online. Genius.!!!!!!

They make themselves look bad and turn what could be free advertising for their company into showing how pig headed their staff are. Maybe I'm getting old but I remember when companies cared how the public saw them.

Pure passive aggressiveness from that lady. They all had a negative demeanour and unfortunately felt that any authority they have in work, would easily correct anything they deemed unnecessary in public with the public. If you told these people they had jurisdiction over the public, their real egos would shine through so bright. This world has truly fell apart with the extent of people's assumed authority and their egoistic behavior. The moment people realise how pointless their authority is and jump off their pedestals, the better the world will be ❤

As an ex manager I made it my business to know the laws of trespass and how to make my company's land private by signs, I knew how to approach people and how to talk to them. Company ora was paramount. We'd often talk to people and be informative. Not hard is it 😊

Marketing Karen just stuffed up a potentially positive video - bet the other staff really enjoy working with her.

When they go to photograph you, point out that you will be requesting the image and to make sure that there is nothing on their phone that they would not want the data controller to see. That would probably make them think twice.

Non of those self important, arrogant, rude, egotists were gonna be happy unless they caused a scene to prove to a mere member of the public how important they were. She knew there was nothing valid in what she complaining about so she kept up the childish narrative of the horrendous crime you committed by actually treading on their property. What a set of tossers, you just know how they will treat people serving them in a shop, pub or restaurant. Prima Dental? more like Prima Donnas.

People who are accustomed to giving out orders are rarely able to take them. As popular as KZread and other social media sites have been for several decades now, I’m amazed that auditing is still a mystery to many folks. Great audit mate, new subscriber!

I would not trust that woman in the glasses as far as I could throw her. Judging so far by the lack of knowledge on the law and the world in general, I hope they don't follow through on their stated actions.

The management staff are doing their best to live up to the dunning kruger effect. What do they do with people that have a photographic or eidetic memory. ?

This interaction was actually quite sad even though the camera guy explained everything they were still to a certain degree hostile. It amazes how some people act stupid!

Funny how the only people worried about you making the company look bad are the only people who make the company look bad. If you had only met those first couple of workers it would have looked like a decent company. The openness and honesty of the general staff in comparaison to the arrogance and paranoid territoriale nature of the management class. You probably threw that young chap sitting outside, under the bus. I’m sure they went looking for him for a little interrogation. It would have been better if you had not made them aware of your interaction.

It usually takes the same course of action 1. Approach cameraman 2. quote fictitious laws 3. ask questions 4. ask same questions 5. demand answers 6. demand ID 7. threaten dire consequences 8. whip out phone and capture images, thus rendering cameramen completely powerless 9. retreat inside to plan strategy. There are variations to these sequence of events but more than likely the beleaguered photographer will run for the hills never to return. Job done 👍

Some women just can't help being a KAREN

I can understand people in these speciality businesses finding it quite unusual for someone to appear out of the blue making enquiries however you would think that Rhiannon the bespeckled marketing lady would be able to find a better form of communication than what we saw here. Prima Dental Group have a very small KZread channel of their own (497 subs / circa 65k total views / 28 videos since 2009) including content designed to showcase their business, their technology (interesting even if only from a geeky perspective), and testimonials from staff that it is a good place to work. They are often in the press for their excellent industry achievements so they understand the power of good P.R. and marketing. That some members of staff adopted such an instantly confrontational manner did not show Prima Dental Group in a good light. Whilst not an official company spokesman the initial young man on his break showed great pride for the company. I do hope that he is congratulated rather than chastised by management. Gold star to him! Thank you.

Why so scared of a camera I'd be more scared of someone walking around without a camera

These videos confirm the mentalities of many of those who reach senior positions. It's all about egos, bullshit, and arse-licking. It's rarely about actually being good at anything. Possibly why our economy is in such a state, just look at them.

What I find hillarious and disturbing is that confronting a guy with a camera is what these people are choosing to do with their time. It becomes even worse when its not on company time, but on their own personal time such as lunch break or off hours. If I was paying wages I would not be happy with these folks who appear to not have enough to keep them occupied.

That's interesting, my dentist went private, it's now called "primadent", and I can't afford to have treatment there anymore.

The man at the beginning was a decent guy , the rest of them could learn a lot from him , like how to interact with other human beings in a polite and professional way 😂.

Great example of passive aggressive behaviour from the marketing woman. It always amazes me that because they have a role within the office, it gives them authority to come out and assert it in public. The sense of entitlement is astonishing.

Great video, they were proper paranoid except the first uy who you spoke with at length "I'm doing nothing illegal so get lost" - It would be great if you could say that more often, you don't have to explain what you are doing. Sod 'em, you have a right to privacy. It gets a bit repetitive when we have to listen to the explanation of what you're doing there. Change it up a bit, maybe (in my humble opinion)

The worst boss I ever worked for by a country mile is apparently the Vice President there so really doesn't surprise me!

I worked for an International Company once and come across an auditor. My response was "hi mate how ya doing have a good day". Then I went inside and just informed to the security and let them deal with it, if there is anything even to deal with. That's their job. Not mine
