It always makes me feel sorry for myself, when KZreadrs say "Only 5 kills, could be worse", while I damn know that in my 12 years of playing planes, I've never reached that number in a single match of Air RB.

KZreadrs get approved and get luck from the snail+some of them are really good like Defyen

My biggest problem with a plane like this is the fact that you can pull 11gs in it. For whatever reason Soviet planes have a very high g tolerance compared to even US planes which makes absolutely no sense. For comparison the 190 cannot pull more than 8gs despite the better high speed maneuverability and metal construction. I don't get it

Gaijins flight model design is pretty old. Turn fightets have always been questionabke. The instructor doesn't help.

tfym fw190 has high speed maneuverability, most fw190s have like a 23 second turn time on avg, which means you dont pull high gs, also zeros can pull more than 11gs sometimes and be in one piece

​@ViperPilot16 I 100% am with you. The yak 3 is overpowered. I flew the French yak 3 and the first match I got 4 kills. Don't even know how to play it. And I have little skill. The yak tech tree is unrealistic

@@rainwingmichael6691 I haven't noticed tbh I honestly had Russian Anti-Bias in GBs. It seemed like my t-34 was getting smoked by every tank on the map. Then again I only play arcade so thats why.😂

I looove this plane, one of the first aces I got was with this one amd the Snail 🐌 blessed me with a Talisman for it!

Great gameplay! Btw the best damage dealing belts for the 20mm's are the tracer belts. for the 50 cals theyre ground targets if i recall correctly. Keep it up!

The regular Yak 1 is amazing in ground as it has the 20mm for shooting helicopters and it has 2 fab 100s for bombing unsuspecting spaas

I’ve killed one or two of these with my biplane. The ones I have the most trouble with are the bf 109s I’m not sure if the players are just aggressive as hell but they rip me apart.

I have something like a 3/1 k/d. In all my other planes, F-16 and F-14 excluded, I have negative K/Ds. This is the finest example of undertiered Russian bias. This could easily be a 3.7 plane.

Nah it has very,very large weaknesses when you experience it, especially when you bring it over 2000m then the engine totally chokes out

I see the target, and I make a turn, and I lose them, ground targets or planes alike. I use C key for free camera, but can't really fly with keyboard while using it because I am afraid I will crash my plane. Any suggestions on that? or I just need to get good

@@erichuang9940what i do is i see im about to black out i tap my elevator key and i never take my eyes off the target, and for the crashing you always wanna keep a small look on your alt and speed when dogfighting, i could probaby help you more if needed so just lmk!

@@davidmazur1437 oh you can tap it to avoid black out? definitely gonna try it next time. So you activate your free camera to track your target while flying with the keyboard, right? Is there any way to practice this? And about speed and alt, how do I know which one I need under certain situations? Like I see he got part of his tail shot off and he quickly started diving down, why? Thanks man, rly appreciated

​@erichuang9940 you don't have to activate free camera because when you use the keyboard to control the plane your regular control doesn't work. I mean that you can point the circle at the enemy, but the plane won't turn there while you use keyboard controls, it will only respond to those.

for the bomber slow down your speed to 0% and landing flaps it helps;:)

These are the planes on which I learned how to play air RB better, I loved them. Now I understand that they are really flawed and certainly not the best, but still enjoyable, so I keep returning to Sweden from time to time. Those guns are the best of any piston fighter, IMO. Also, the design is super cool, very unique configuration.
