I take two flights to Europe each year and have found that Air Canada is my best airline. Hats off to the entire staff. The cabin crew are amazing, the desk and checkin people are so helpful, kind, and courteous.

Air Canada: you wont get off the ground for hours some times. United: you will have to run across O'hare finding their departures after arriving within 15 minutes of your connecting flight. -Experience

OMG...this is hilarious...and I agree 100% since I'm an AC employee...lol...but the AC Management is what made the airline staff become this way...lol.

im a pilot for Air Canada and i found this really funny haha i've heard every story in the book about airline nightmares and they nailed a good few of them haha but btw most airline delays are caused by the airport authority not by the airline itself ;)

Bottom line: Air Canada = poor value/service = fly with someone else. I don't care if the problem is with management or the employees. I depend on the employees for the service I paid for. It is they who fail me, consistently. This was a fair comment video.

OMG, i agree that is awesome. i am also an Air Canada employee and I agree with it 100%. If Air Canada had better management people who are properly qualified, it would be a totally diferent airline.

It can be pretty testing to provide good service when the company keeps cutting your wages, benefits, equipment and co-workers when they're having record loads and the ex-president can walk away with 50 million dollars (While the company cuts 2000 employees to save 52 million). Although I'll admit the service could be better, after dealing with 120 anry passengers because of a maintenance delay by yourself, and booking them another flight you start to loose your company pride.

Guess what? Even when you pay the extra money to the US carrier the flight is still cheaper than it is to fly Air Canada.

lol. People saying that air canada employees are lazy? Screw that. If you never worked in the company before....don't judge cause you're just making yourself stupid. We employees try to work hard to get the airline going, but a lot of times management just like to play stupid games with us. And i agree that a lot of air canada management people don't have the right qualification which makes them dumb when they're "trying" to do the job.

Last comment was useless: there is no service for French people on Air Canada, they regularly denies the official language across Canada and International fly.

If this is how Air Canada's played, I'd like to see American Airlines the game, or perhaps United Airlines... Delta anyone? Northwest? I'm sure as far as efficiency and service, US-based companies are a lottttttttttttt worse. At least, so it has been in my experience.

@juzu4me Your comment is not really worth a reply, but I have decided, perhaps against my better judgement, to educate you. "Stewardess" is an archaic term from 1931. It refers to a female person working on an aircraft as a hostess - which is not what the modern career of flight attendant entails. Also, flight attendant is a gender neutral term, and therefore the only one now accepted in the airline industry. To call someone a "stewardess" is considered derogative in the 21st century. I am one.
