@@asianguyimagicrenation Funny thing, I did do that workout for about a year, until a major heat wave (and my own laziness) made me stop. When you do something like that daily, it's almost invigorating, both physically and mentally.

@Dragon read about kalaripayattu.. mother of martial arts,, a indian king spread it to china but sadly was betrayed by his own students.. major difference is that while kalari uses oild, herbs etc and training to make your body stronger.. kung fu forces your body to work hard,, they will not stop until they see a significant damage to your body,, till then,, even if u have crams,, feel like you are fractured,,, u still have to keep working,

That black ninja dude has made his own style of Taewkwondo Mui Thai Karate and Krav Maga. Impressive. But I'd go with a style combo of Mui Thai Wrestling Judo and ju-jitsu. And of course the gymnastics too and weapons training.
