As a woman, the one aspect of this very special lifestyle is the connection with spirituality to the physical & metaphysical body through mind. Mind is not brain, we are not body, we are souls, mind, spirit, the power within us all, is of greatness, but few have channeled it because they are too grounded in materialism & that makes us weak. These people have never lost their true identity and never strayed from their true path, they are as near to their nature as one can be, through Buddhism & nature with respect for all life they show us all that we are strong when we find ourselves within x

A Shaolin Monk practicing his art in that particular spot is one purposefully chosen. He would have to initially have a tendency to rarely have any fear at all in order to do this kata without having to worry about focusing on "If I make a mistake I'm a dead man". These folks learn these Katas

@Jazeah Lister The main monastery is in the Chinese mountain range however Shaolin has been dispersed throughout the world due to migration of former students and masters. Yes. The monks by my hometown are Shaolin monks. They were former students and masters of the main monastery in China. On a side note. My family is San Soo, trained by students of Jimmy H. Woo. Grandfather was a sifu who also trained directly under Woo and had a studio in Florida.

Go and watch ranton youtube channel coz he used to be in the shaolin temple and have learned a lot from there before he left and he said its just for exercise but people outside are too extremely delusional that as if it is so powerful that it can withstand any kinds of martial arts. Its a chinese scam with the chinese government bruh. Watch several youtubers who have reviewed shaolin, kungfu and wingchun. Its a lucrative business for the delusional believers why destroy the scam if many people are benefiting from it? Its not enough that many proclaimed masters were brutally destroyed by a mixed martial arts while those masters were at the mercy of the biase refs, 😂😂

You can't tell which way a rotating object is turning with a video. Video is a periodic sampling and if the samples line up with different positions of the drill bit, it will appear to be going in reverse. The nyquist criteria requires that the video frame rate must be at twice the speed of the object being recorded. Just watch old western movies and you'll notice the wagon wheels appear to change direction several times as it slows to a stop. The drill may have been going backwards, but you cant' tell from the video.

I heard most Chinese Kung Fu were designed to work with inner QI, which are failed to pass down from the past, a style designed to fatal your inner body parts with a touch now is just a touch. The Kung Fu survived are muscles and bones side of it, almost no different from boxing, only more technical. Shaolin is the representative of the outer style, Wudang is the representative of the inner style, which is just a show now. Also there are also Longhu and Kunlun, which claimed to be able call out fire and lightning with a weird symbol paper in the past. No one can verify whether its true or not, but it is clearly against modern logic.
