@@LucaTheGuide, you ever see a bulldozer doing 200kph down the highway? Heavy duty and F-1 aren't the same thing. There's a reason the builder put a whole paragraph about safe driving practices on the steam page where you found this.

Multi-stage suspensions let you handle different kinds of bumps optimally. You have an initial "soft" stage that keeps the wheels on the ground over rolling or slightly bumpy terrain, but then you have a second "firm" stage that kicks in if you hit a big bump or drop off a cliff and have a hard landing. Some real-world suspensions can have five or more stages for off-road racing and such...

Thats such an awsome build! Gives me sorta scrap scavenger vibes 🤔 On a sude note... Would you be willing to review a Large grid mobile base/carrier rover that iv done? I consider it to be my "magnus opum" as iv put some time into it and its functions, i also think it would be something that would be cool to see, tho i still need to post it and its two upgraded variants (mobility upgrade packages mainly)

Shades of Homeworld's land carriers! The suspension system looks like the creator used multiple wheels so the dampening would be more distributed and less single-point-fail potential. I'm also guessing there's programming in there somewhere that detects how much force is on the wheels for the ramp to change the hinge speed and detect when the ramp end is at the ground somehow. I think the crane and the magnetic plates are so close for a reason. Given the grinder pit, this seems to be a salvage rover, and very flexible. That and it's yellow, which squishy bipeds seem to associate with construction.
