A lot of TV & Movie references in the fighter craft: 2:37 Terran Wraiths from Starcraft, 6:08 Taidanii Interceptors from Homeworld, 9:30 Human Starfury from Babylon 5, 14:35 Go'auld Flyer (not sure what they are called but "Deathwing" comes to mind) from Stargate (the movie), the Go'auld also having pyramid ships. There are probably some I am just failing to recognize.

That's a Goa'uld Cheops class warship and Deathgliders ;) I'll add the Cylon Raider from the re-imagined Battlestar Galactica at 5:05 :D

Spotted the Terran Wraiths as soon as I saw them.

Every time I watch one of your server tours I realize that by the time I'm capable of building things like that, Space Engineers 2 will be out. 😅

ship and base designs have made a huge improvement as time has passed

the goa'uld deathgliders in the Cheops class warship were pretty spot on

The fighters on the ASI carrier are starcraft Wraths AWESOME!!!!

Those Goa'uld Death gliders were cool.

I love your server tours. Its always amazing what some factions manage to build. Especially when they decide to go for a theme or scifi series

Glad to see you are still around making content. Been years since I last checked in.

These server tours have always given me inspiration when I'm out of ideas for my next build.

I've literally been watching your videos since I was a little kid. I'm 27 now. Good job.

Cheers for the feature. The two medium corvettes are a refit of my blue and orange hero freighter from previous seasons. Turns out a cargo lift thruster pack is also great for speed when unloaded. A bit of strategic armouring and some extra weapons and she's a pretty nice fighting ship. The one on the landing pad is the full blown combat version. The one on the cargo dock has its heavy guns stripped out for weight as well as some extra stabilizer thrusters so it can better act as a utility vehicle. It also has a rear facing remote control so the powerful rear thrusters become powerful brakes. That way it can mine, weld, and grind at up to 89 degrees down as well as act as a print tug. And if I lose the main corvette about 15 minutes of work will convert that one back into a main warship. Loving the fighters everyone has made. Although I may need to serve someone a copywrite notice lol. Shay definitely nailed the location, and I love the homeworld vibes at HGI.

Loving the Stargate theme NBS

of all of the bases Zap's base really struck me. There were many that were aesthetically pleasing, but something about being on the mountain side appeals to me. The star fortress/bunker would be my second pick.

To the dude that built that cylon raider, so say we all.

It's so cool to be able to identify what the different designs are based on. Like 6:12 is clearly a Taiidan Interceptor from Homeworld. Very Cool.

Loving all the Homeworld inspired ships I see.

Starfield might be the game you are trying to think of. Fallout in space. I got to say, I love ASI just for how the ships look but shade has the location down. BHD with that nice central spire. H2K has a nice looking base. Love the solar tracking in the center with the 'wall' around the base. Like actual buildings in a base but all still connected. Looks like a lot of fun going around.

I really like the pyramid although really all of them look fantastic. I have yet to try to make a pyramid in SE and its about time I try.

The pyramid base is awesome, you can see it heavily influenced by the Goa'uld. Cracking work 👏

some people have great ideas there a new mod called planet landfall which you build colony and factions its awesome

Loving some of the Homeworld ship the playes have used.

Serious PvP base attacks are basically non existent on the server unless you go out of your way to piss someone off. So everyone builds for aesthetics.

In the end in SE if your base gets attacked you are going to lose everything on your static base just part of the game. Building a massive bunker and fighting each other to death is something we have already done to death in LSG and it is not great for the server long term. Normally there is a friendly agreement in place not to do this before the tour or to wipe people ever. We all love seeing the creativity and activity on the server.

Pretty sure that Pyramid and the fighters within are a homage to Stargate.

I have been out of SE for some time, kinda on my way of getting back into just building some ships for my own amusement, can someone explain to me why the printers feature these glass panes?

so is any new series gonna come soon like survival series or not?

Did they find the bomb on time?

I still dont know how to build a good air-space craft. My base building skills are a lot better though: Double doors. Drop down turrets. Decoy hallways. Secret passages, etc.
