Hello Nate. Good video and a nice house! There are a few things I'd change, but I like the place pretty darn good even with it the way it is. We'd want a Gas Fireplace in Living Room, or a wood-burning one. In the Kitchen, the Microwave would need to be placed on the countertop as it's way too low where it is. I'd cut the Island down and put wheels on it. I do love that brick work in the kitchen! I would want a Gas Cook Stove. I love that Pantry too. There's space for Grandma's China Cabinet in the Dining Room, although I'd probably go with a lighter color accent wall. We'd build a deck/porch outside those sliding doors . The Utility Room is nearly perfect! Except, no freezer spot. I'd probably remove the sink and use that spot for an Upright Freeze, as we have the pet shower. I've said nearly from the beginning of putting out my options, that I wanted a Pet Shower. Here's a good sized one - love it! Of course, we'd build a Garage outside that door with a Storage unit in it. I really like that Guest Bathroom too. The Guest Bedrooms would be turned into the Library, Music/Studio, and Office Rooms. The Master Suite Bedroom is okay, Closet too. The Vanity is smaller than the one in the Guest Bathroom from the looks of it (I like the Guest Bathroom Vanity.). I'd need to change the shown tub for a Handicapped Tub. Maybe after that's done there'll be enough room to put in an extra Vanity. I think there might just be enough room in the Commode area for me to be comfortable. But the barn doors going into the bathroom would have to be replaced - I don't like barn doors inside the house! Like I said, Nate, it's a good video and a nice home. God bless y'all.

I would need to have a ramp added to the front. I don't think the brick tile really works with the countertops. Not a fan of the microwave in the lower cabinets. Countertop height or higher. I would add a firefly deck off the dining room. Secondary bedrooms are a decent size with closets that have solid shelving. No wire shelves so far. I like the fact that you can place the bed in the master in different places. I prefer light fixtures over my mirrors in the bathroom. Hate the stand alone tubs. I prefer them in a deck because they are easier to get into and I feel more secure getting out. I like windows that open. I can deal with them not tipping in for cleaning, but I do want them to open. I don't like that bench in the master shower. It just doesn't work for me. I would rather have one built in or use a portable stool when needed. Our shower here at home doesn't have seating, but we have a stool for those who need it and those who don't just take it out temporarily to shower.

This home is a winner Nate! A foyer is an added functional space that I really like. The primary bathroom is great and I would think that openning bathroom windows could be optioned in or refitted by the owner. Question: Can we have an outlet in the pantry to fit a freezer?

It is not perfect. No doggie door in that back door and the counter by the brick should be a solid back so the brick pops. But its close
