We don't like the burnt wood looking stuff....We would like it to be the solid color of the rest of it. The area in the living room when you first come in, instead of the barn doors, we need those openings to be completely sealed off. The opening to the kitchen side is fine enough for an opening into the flex room.

Definitely like the ceiling vents

I'd make a dinning room out of that flex. Room.

also, not a fan of burnt wood look in living area..maybe a den or basement game room

Thank you for opening some kitchen cabinets again. I like to see the space in them! Not crazy about this layout.

Second bathroom is nice with the size and the vanity with drawers. Like the full size linen closet.

I just got glimpse of where the water heater is behind the door from the dining room, behind a Panel. Change that to a regular door.

Nice home and floor plan and the stand alone tub but don't care for the burnt wood.

PANTRY needs one more set of shelves.

Can't stand the fireplace, want a traditional style with stone face and hearth. Make the flex a formal dining room and the kitchen window over the sink must open 😊

No on that wood, nice layout, few changes and it would be a great home!

Sorry Nate. Won't let me comment so have to do it on someone else's comment. If the floor was darker I think the wood would pop more. Reminds me of a tiger lol. Great home!!

So the vented door in the laundry room, is that the HVAC CLOSET or the Water heater closet?

I like it except for the overdone burnt wood. They laid that on too thick. Too much.

Yeah that burnt wood all over is just UGLY. If they could wall off that flex room to where it could possibly be turned into another bedroom would be much better. This one was probably the least appealing in mine and my wife's opinion. We appreciate what you do and enjoy your content, keep up the good work Nate.
