Its up to the husband to inform her the price if he was selling the games. But either he forgot to or didn't want to sell them. No point telling someone to grow up. If we like games who are you to say its childish or idiotic. That's not up to you decide that if they like it and are doing no harm why stop them. Atleast he's not buying guns or drugs or that kind of thing.

I mean it's not a bad tactic. The games were shit. A lot of outdated sports games which are worthless. I mean him seeing those games is what sealed the deal on him choosing not to buy. Had they kept him from seeing them, dropped the price to 350 he probably would have bought them. They fucked up in not playing ball, all that shit is not going to sell.

"If you wanna plug it in before you buy it.." don't get a lot of people like that anymore, love seeing honest people. Even tho it was only a buck, still

That’s not true. On eBay you can buy a ds life in good condition for like 70-80 bucks and I bought my Dslite on an eBay auction for like $60. I also checked DSi’s go for about $50 and the 3ds, which they had the original 3ds, go for like $100-$130 on eBay, more if it were the xl versions. Idk who told u they go for $20 each

Im sure if they were worth that much then as they are now he wouldnt of passed on them but he did because the market was extremely low.

even worse they got most of it for the "church" sale but seem like ppl who trying to profit for their own pocket !!

A church yardsale at a house???Something a bit strange. I think they are dealers.She was a bit too knowledgeable for just a yardsale. I’ve thought about this from California, but as Curious Picker has mentioned, there is no seasonality in garage sales for me, so even though I might not make big hauls every weekend, I get a steady source all year long.

These sales are so expensive. Where i’m from most sales the people just say “everything’s a dollar” and you always still leave with a truck full of stuff.

The guy was probably scared of selling all of his games and then finding out or rather never finding out if he had one very expensive game that could have sold for thousands of dollars inside maybe he wanted to come home and give you a once-over just like you want to give it a once-over to see what it's worth

Just found this channel today and I really like your videos 🙂. Sometimes people overprice things in garage/yard sales. I think people really should check prices online for what the items/products go for to get an idea on what a fair price is.

Garage sales are called 'Car boot sales' here in England, there's some huge ones covering whole race courses and what not, interesting channel this it's the first one of it's kind that I've seen, worth a sub all day long..

People are weird when it comes to video games, people nowadays know the values or just ask way to much for them. Not to mention to many people look for them now. I use to be a collector and would find them all the time 10 years ago and add the ones I needed to my collection and sell my extras online. Unfortunately, retro game hunting's dead because of the retro bubble.

@@friedhockeyboogieman3215 Oh its always been like that, regardless of garage sales and the lock down. Anywhere you go nowadays, people see cartridges and view that them as gold. Yeah lock down definitely made prices go up but it is what it is.

If you ever find any lego sets there is a great website called Brickset. You get average sale prices from the bricklink store. You just search up the set number and scroll down to find the average used value.

Speaking of route 40 I grew up on a stretch in Maryland and never knew this was a thing and I lived there for nearly 20 years

I scored a ton at the first church sale! Couldn't tell if you had been there before me, i was about 20 min early to be first in line and for the first time ever they opened early and there were already a bunch of people shopping.

At the church sale you missed the 3 wheeled golf push carts, I've been selling those for $175-250 depending on brand
