I recently picked up this ‪@ulanzi‬ Fog Machine for about $100 after months of seeing ads on FB. I usually will use my 1500w stage fog machine on sets but this is an option everyone should look into who doesn't need the power.
Price wise they are pretty similar but the portability and usability is where this one shines. It's flexible, so you can literally put it anywhere. It also has a wireless remote - so just imagine.
It also has the screw mount at the bottom so you can mount it up! Overall, it's a great buy and something we should all have in our kits. You never know!
This particular one is a Ulanzi brand! It comes with a small bottle of fog but I've tested it with the fog from my 1500w and the liquid works in both!
