In this video, I just wanted to touch on 1 of the 1st things you should do if you're new to VR or owning a Quest device!
It's important that you upgrade your head strap immediately - this makes a huge difference! Better battery life and also most importantly, you get more comfort!
I'll be talking about more upgrades in the future but wanted to point this out!
The headset from the video is below.

I have the quest 2 I use the default band with a little add on so it’ll better hug the back of my head and I used Velcro straps and little cushion strips to attach a power bank to the back and put the cushion strips on the inside of the battery that rubs against my head so it doesn’t hurt it also balances everything out lot cheaper than a bobo strap and I get the same amount of time out of the setup

makes sense, the back comfort band just makes it better on your head!

Using VR for almost 10 years now... today I'm using the Quest 3. Yes, the Quest 3 stock strap is horrible, and you need to replace it but for me, the most comfortable style head-straps are HALO style head straps as the Halo system seriously reduces the weight of the headset off your face and balances it between your forehead and back of your head. For $50 ($5) more than your recommended head strap... I purchased the "KKCOBVR Q3 PRO Battery Head Strap 10000mh" - it's a Halo style strap that also includes a removable 10Kmph battery so you can have spare batteries on hand. The strap also has a very unique feature that I haven't seen on any other strap... it also has knobs on the front side of the strap to move the entire HMD forward and backwards. With this, if I'm in VR for instance and I want to flip up the headset to see, I can move the unit forward then flip it up and I don't need to take off the unit off my head. I never knew how much I would like that until I purchased this strap and began using it.

that actually makes a lot of sense because I've ready several complaints about people mentioning phones or not being able to see them clearly. or even if you just need a break, flipping up def makes sense. im going to look into the halo style headsets, I'm pretty new to the game but hated the strap it came with. Thank you for bringing this up!
