Lol just threw the cord in the box and taped the remote on the console. As a seller i can't stand sellers that do such shoddy packaging jobs. SMH.

It really amazes me how bad the cut outs are on some of these "custom" consoles, it's as if they didn't even tried, all you have to do is draw the shape and then use a dremel tool to cut it out, the key is to cut inside the lines so you have material left to smooth it out with a fine file or sand paper, also don't use a permanent marker unless you plan to paint the console.

That pretty much looks like a 2 minute job, definitely wouldn’t of paid the price you paid for it, as a seller, that packaging is poor, the seller didn’t even bother to clean the thing 😂

Don't worry Jacob, there are worse custom consoles and sometimes they are more expensive

Didn't even bother to clean the dirt off it.Imo the best upgrade for any older console is just adding an SSD and that's it,especially on a One S because it's WAY too slow (mine took ages to load something).RGB is pretty pointless especially on a console

Yeah anybody can make a better custom console if they try. This is so rough. I would understand if it's for themselves or the price was lower but if you're selling these, then gosh.

Would be curious to see what it looks like after you fix it up.

I knew when you pulled the first cord out and it was coiled up with masking tape that we were in for a doozy . I guess that all modders have to start somewhere , hopefully this person learned from his many , many , many mistakes :) .

Man, that is horrible there's a USB port on the back. I'm working on a custom Xbox one s right now its not perfect...but it looks like they just gave up.

I like having the option of being able to watching movies that I own like dvd's , blu-ray etcetera ... No, I get the feeling the seller grew up in a single parent home with no dad around. He is probably super proud of his craftsmenship and also brags to his friends about the dope custom jobs he sells in eBay.

I don't see any reason to put a window on a Series S. There isn't much to see inside. They're way better off lighting up the grill and customizing the button LED. Maybe mounts some LEDs to the bottom lip of the console to make the surface around it glow.

I mean for PCs. You can make it look cool. Same for something like a PS5 that its design could work well. But basic Box Shapes that the Xboxes have, you just can't cut a simple rectangle and call it Cool.

This isn't even a Series S as it is a One S digital edition. Pointless to add this stuff to it. Plenty of One S physical disc versions out there

No idea how you control yourself from laughing at some of these "custom " consoles 🙏😅 But in the end, as long as it still works and at the right price, I can see people being interested in the purchase

For that console I think just re routing the leds and a clean up would make it look nicer If I where re routing the leds I'd attach them to the top case pointing down at the circuit board and find a connection the can be unplugged inside on the board to power the leds and nice and neatly splice into said connection if there is one
