This Cop Mastered the Art of Being Completely WRONG!

Law enforcement officers play a crucial role in maintaining peace and order in society. However, there are instances where interactions between the police and citizens can become tense and adversarial. Law enforcement officers, like any other professionals, are diverse individuals with their own backgrounds, beliefs, and attitudes. When individuals film the police, some officers may feel uncomfortable and fear that their actions will be exposed to scrutiny. In certain situations, officers may respond with immediate disrespect in an attempt to prevent filming altogether. This response could stem from a lack of understanding or knowledge regarding the rights of individuals to film in public spaces.
Filming in public spaces is generally protected under constitutional rights, such as the First Amendment in the United States. It guarantees the freedom of speech, expression, and the press, allowing individuals to document events and matters of public interest. The act of recording law enforcement officers in public spaces is a way for citizens to hold those in power accountable, promoting transparency and accountability within the justice system.
Efforts should be made to enhance officers' training and awareness regarding public photography. Recognizing the importance of transparency and accountability, both for officers and the communities they serve, will help foster a more respectful environment. Training programs should focus on educating officers about citizens' rights to film in public spaces, emphasizing the significance of respecting constitutional rights and encouraging positive interactions with individuals who choose to exercise their filming rights.
In addition to training law enforcement officers, it is equally essential to educate the general public about their rights when it comes to filming in public spaces. Awareness campaigns and public outreach initiatives can provide individuals with the knowledge they need to assert their rights confidently. By promoting constitutional literacy, communities can foster a culture of mutual respect and understanding between citizens and law enforcement.

Look these up n learn something. 18 USC 241 CONSPIRACY TO VIOLATE RIGHTS 18 USC 242 DEPRIVATION OF RIGHTS UNDER COLOR OF LAW 42 US 1983 DEPRIVATION OF RIGHTS BY INTIMIDATION 42 US 1985 INTERFERENCE OF CIVIL RIGHTS These are 4 federal laws they broke. The Constitution is SUPREME LAW OF THE LAND and no law shall be made against it. Marbury vs Maddison US 5 Then read the Bill of Rights states clearly our RIGHTS ARE INALIENABLE UNALIENABLE RIGHTS and cannot be removed by any law, statute, code, policy, ordinance, regulation or custom. Failing to call for a three stripe nanager is them committing fraud under FIDUCIARY DUTY CODES. Violating Article IV of Oath or Affirmation to office which upon violating their Oath they commit fraud upon their contract to WE THE PEOPLE. Brush up or shut up. Ok think about what you just said. Now look at the frauditor. Aren't these clowns getting paid by KZread to act this way. You do know the more click and view they get the more money they make. These clowns are just doing what their subscribers want to see for click and view.. so it's a two way street I don't see any frauditor have the ball to be a police officer

"Suspicion" is in the mind of the observer. "Suspicious" is an adjective that describes what is going on in *their* head. It makes me laugh when I hear someone referring to a "suspicious package". Same thing applies here. Officer: "You are suspicious." Subject could reply: "No, I'm not. You've done nothing to make me suspicious of you, LOL."

How absurd is it that law enforcement officers arrive on scene and are already biased against a citizen, with no attempt to show objectivity and get each side of the story. If an officer does not witness a crime they must presume a citizen innocent.
