@@bullballsallday And technically, a diamond is a rock. Being a retired Navy veteran, I might be a little more rigid on terminology than most people. To me, a soldier is Army. A Marine is a Marine. Not disparaging anyone, but there is a distinct differentiation within and between the Services. Try this: call an Army Infantryman a Marine, and call a Marine Infantryman a Soldier, and wait for the reaction. It won't be violent, but you will get a reaction.

How can I focus on something that is working like a well oiled machine? When you're driving and there is a huge car crash ahead of you, you dont focus on the car that didnt crash; that one is fine. Don't eat the pasta, the sauce is from a 2 year old stock pile and its pretty much all gone off, I complained to management and they said they "followed it up" but nothing happened.

I don’t live in the U.S. but this just hits different then anything else out, I’m just 31 seconds and with no words it tells you everything you can understand exactly what the officer is thinking. It’s just one of the best things I’ve ever seen.

Joining the military and having to salute flag draped coffins of his buddies. He joined the PD after his discharge from service. I think drug dealers stay away from protests rather than join them.

This felt very impactful, im american and always have been but i haven't been this inspired to join the police, miltary or anything like it. Most commercials like this hasnt really impacted me as much as this one did.

In case you don't understand what's going on, this is showing a police officer watching a mob of rioters burn an American flag, which then brings up flashbacks (in order of most recent to last) of him getting accepted into the police force, his previous career in the military as he is at a military funeral, him as a teen, saying the pledge of allegiance before a football game, and finally, him as a kid, watching what happened at 9/11 (I'm assuming), each shot showing the American flag, which references back to how he has been an American his whole life, and these people calling him a facist, have no idea what he has been through, they just see the uniform. The officer, though, only sees that this great symbol of freedom, the American flag is being burned, and he knows that he will do anything to protect his beliefs, his freedom, and his fellow officers.

Your fellow soldiers are hurting innocent citizens by broadly defining the parties involved, there's even a video of National Guardsman firing pepper balls at some people on their front porch completely unprovoked.
