I have that recoil 1200. Its a beast however you can only bump maybe 4 songs before it gets hot and turns off then comes back on after a few sec. Sucks. And thats at 2 ohms. 14.4 volts majority of the time and it still gets hot.

You should review the new Recoil Dii3300.1D I've got one. I got it from Robotunderground. Easily is making more power than the Skar RP2000.1D it replaced on the same power supply. (48AH Red Headway Lithium)

I am blown away at the value of this amp. Got it last week, and can't believe how heavy it is for it's size.

This might be the first amp I've seen where even the "max power" rating is almost legit. It seems to have about 2db of dynamic headroom, which is quite a bit for modern amps.

Wow! I’m blown away. Only one more test to pass in my book and that’s the test of time. Reliability means everything to me in purchasing anything. If it can’t pass that test it’s useless to me.

Awesome amp dyno i'v seen this amp before but was sceptical of the power. Now that i'v seen you video I have ordered one to replace my week planet audio 4000D thank you so much for your amp videos.

They even glued all the caps, chokes and transformers down! It looks like a great value from here.

Is that for real? The magnetic field caused by the current moved those speaker wires? That amp will kill 12v car battery quickly.

I just got the audiozerone ZE1000.1 this week I really like it for a cheap amp out does the past two Walmart amps by far.

I'm impressed by the price and power you get. Technology has come a long way since the 90s car audio era.

I remember back in 2013 I bought a 1500w vvme amp for 90 dollars new and it was a clone of another amp it actually did rated but they sold a few and then were never to be heard from again. I just recently found one of these rare gems on ebay so I snatched it up and it hits just as hard as I remember.

That's a super steal deal. Even with a no name it's a heck of a deal. 1200 real watts at 1ohm for sub bennie prices. If I was doing a build, I would try one out on either a single beefy 12 or a pair of 10s or 8s

The transformer from the switching power supply section remind me the old school BP1200.1 from JBL.. same power as this one ..and same lookig transformer

Wow!!!! After watching your video I purchased this amp on amazon. The price was still $89.00. This amp will be installed in my nephews car along with a skar 12” sub. My gift to him this next Christmas. Comparing to skar 1200.1 at $157.00 it was a no brainer yet we will be using a different aftermarket bass knob.

I got my nephew a sky high bass knob. The same that I use in my 4 15” 5k build. Easy to install and it has a good potentiometer.

Have to admit I’m a skeptic not in everything in general but with new brands. Angled inputs are different. The height had me thinking the caps can’t be all crazy. This amp being rated correctly is awesome. Love the ocean sounds too cause meditation is cool!! Always good to see these new brands trying to make a name for themselves even though my healthy skepticism keeps me grounded.😅

I bought one and it should be here today 4-21, haven’t decided on a speaker yet but will have to be a single 10 maybe 12 but that’s pushing it for space

Yea the wires jump from the magnetic field and the reaction is to the different materials adjacent to the wire and each other since there individual conductors.

Damn just watched this Sunday and it’s only Tuesday and the amp is sold out aka unavailable. Big d strikes again on a sick budget find. I’ve still got my top strong gear mono powering my American bass titan 12 and loving it. Decided since it got hot and wasn’t enough to switch out sound digital for a micro deaf bonce for highs and wow what a difference! You should def do some reviews on that line they are sick! Let’s goooo big dummy

Big D, I love watching your amp dyno vids. How about some tips videos on how to clean up sound? I have a Skar 2x12" enclosure under the rear seat of my 2007 Ram 1500 4 door loaded with Skar VD-12 D4's (wired at 1 ohm), and they just sound muddy and messy. I'm currently running them on a junk amp I had sitting in my parts box, but I just ordered this amp. Got any tips for us pleb's in the audio world to tighten and clean up the bass?

Some of the D4S amps are the same, my MM1004 is angled screws. I think he rest of the MM series is as well. Unsure about their other lines

I remember hifonics used to be a good amp back in the day. The engineer that design this amp originally came from autotech. Hifonics and autotech amps are one in the same because that engineer started his own company. That is known today hifonics but cheaper than autotech.

That’s why I rock a diy 50,000 W class A amp to power my stock jbl car speakers! Got my multi alternator 14,000 amp set up and I’m good to go, even in the winter it’s hard to keep the car cool enough. Had to install a 300 ton AC unit. Car only gets half a mile per gallon, but, gotta make your sacrifices. 🤷‍♀️

I like it but im a daily head banger..... i will stay at 3k..... for the viewers that are new big d did a bully slayer 3k... cant even find them anymore best amp i have owned... since the kicker zr1000 No where near the price... i love this channel props to big d...... pushing a pioneer dvd with a 3k amp and 3 kicker vr 12 inch. Subs And it is more than enough.... plenty of times it has me saying oh my god..... i love my music

I went right to Amazon to pick one up after dyno results and who cares about reliability, $90 dollars, i piss that out over a weekend. If they come back on Amazon again at around that same price range i'm picking one up. My topstrong lasted around 8 months, but they are through away amps

Hey Big D, can you get your hands on one of the NVX full bridge amps? If I could pick I'd say the XAD16. I've been playing around with my taramps bass5k and the nvx 8k and the 8k doesn't seem to be 3000k more powerful, but it has a MUCH cleaner output! On my oscilloscope the taramps is all over the place, but the NVX is crisp all the way up to clipping.

You know damn well that you single handedly raise the prices of every amp you review that does well! Lmao

Ordering one now to play my 2 10" since my current 1200 watt amp only pushes about 400 watts max rms smh

These are 12volt results. 14.4 volts is what your vehicles alternator charges the battery too which is what he is simulating here

Yea it might put out that power but does it sound good or is it just dirty bass to reduce the longevity of your subs when your running average voltage like a 12.6-13.2

When wiring a dual 12" enclosure (DVC 4ohm, wired as a 1 ohm load) to this amp, do both subs receive the watts being put out by the amplifier, or is the output split between the two? If my subs will handle 800W peak and this amp puts out 1203W with a 1 ohm load, does that mean I need to turn down the gain to avoid damaging my subs (because they are both seeing 1203W), or not worry about it because each one is only receiving 601.5W at max output?
