Pakistani American here . I have watched your Pakistani series. The desert is called Shahi Tukra. Shahi meaning royal and Tukra meaning a piece or a bite. A desert made for kings. Rice pudding thing is called Kheer. And the third one is Ras Malai. Ill be in Islamabad F7, maybe ill see you in November 2024

6:50 Even as a Paksitani, I wouldn't eat out every day due to spice level specifically. But we do eat Pakistani food almost daily (home cooked though) with very low spice level! 😀I personally alwasy find the restaurants always go on higher side of spice level.
