i am an proud Indian but Pakistani cuisine is easily one of my favorite cuisines. its a perfect blend of meat and spices. one thing i would like to add that its not close to Indian. its very different from Indian. I loved Pakistani karahis and kababs. i live in Sharjah and i go to Pakistani restaurants a lot of times. before coming to UAE i thought too its same but its not Pakistani and Indian food are different. peace for All. jai hnd

I agree with u that we have cuisines that are particular to each country... but even the similar cuisines taste soo different...for example my husband brought biryani when we were in uae I told him this is not something we usually eat ..it tastes soo different n he told me it's from an Indian restaurant.. Also when we compare achaar there's a hell of a difference... spices maybe different i guess..by the way chaat from chappan bhog used to b my favourite in Abudhabi...

As an Iranian I can easily say our Pakistani brothers make incredible food. Mashallah!

I have never been to India, but watching videos (and eating many treats from my friend whose family migrated from India 😜 ) Indian food overall is good. Karachi, Hyderabad side cuisines are inspired by Indian ones. I have always wanted to try Indian veg thali with lots of lentils and vegetables, rice, pickle, chatni, wow. Never had a chance. I am in Poland now, would search for an authentic place to enjoy that.

Pakistans non veg cuisine stands nowhere close to Indians. No other south asian country beats India in non veg dishes.

It's pleasure to see the respect you are showing to your mom, I wish this culture is promoted all over the world. Secondly there's quite a wide variety of Pakistani cuisine that uses little spices but rich in taste. If you have visited Peshawar and Quetta you must have witnessed that. I guess your mom would like the less spicier food a lot more. Anyways, thumbs up for the video.

Oooooh that bread looked so good. I've never had Pakistani food (other than biryani); I imagine it has some stuff in common with Indian food - I'd love to try it. Edit: Yes, your mom is great on camera! She's probably wishing that she had tried this stuff before! GTA has restaurants from all over the world, you might as well take advantage of having that stuff available to you :) Here in Ottawa we have a lot, but no quite the diversity that the GTA has.

@@silviastanziola659 Authentic Pakistani food is totally different from authentic Indian food. This is coming from a Pakistani American who tried both. What you see in this video is authentic Pakistani food. We Pakistanis love beef, lamb, goat, and chicken. Barbeque a plus.

@@JetLagWarriors The best biryani in karachi is Biryani wala, or if you like it mild, Indus biryani. For Karahis, Dua restaurant. For nihari, Zahid nihari, and for bbq and ambiance Kolachi do darya! If you need any help here, would love accompany you! Cheers! Also if you're in the mood for upscale western food, Okra (restaurant) will blow your mind!
