The facelifted Mark 6 is clean, those lci rear lights are so beautiful with the dots.

I haven't drive mk7 or mk7.5 but look wise I like mk6 as it looks more unique, mk7 and 7.5 looks like regular golf, I tunned mine to stage 2 APR ecu tune and it moves like wind, I feel like the car should come standard with at least stage 1 ecu tune as it has a lot of potential

Just taking it easy this past few weeks. Have been buying parts for the GTI though, so the videos are all gonna drop soon! Doing a few reviews to mix it up 👍🏼

Another brilliant video mate nice to see a MK6 R a lot of people don’t even know they exist. Thats quite decent how the over run has been mapped in, so it only does it if you lift off suddenly at high revs? Thinking of having a revo intake, decat and revo map done to my ko4 soon

MK6 R..My favourite of all the powerful golfs..hands down. And in black as well..so nice. There was a Stage 3 APR Tuned one in an old golf mag I had a few years back..man it was so nice..It was immaculate..Wanted for nothing. It was a 3 door/APR'd up..It had Intercooler/Carbon Induction Kit/Recirc-Blow-Off Valve/Early Xenon Kit/Half-Leather & Suede Heated Seats/Powerflow Custom Exhaust/Original Wheels-Shadow-Chromed/Auto-Tech Fuel Pump/Wavtrac Diff/MK7 R-Brake Kit..Etc..Etc..It was just the mutts nuts....

R tech always do smooth maps. My friend has a stage 2+ Leon cupra r so similar set up

Exhaust is factory. But downpipe is decatted, also the resonator has been deleted. Those exhaust pops have been mapped in

With what program you measure 0-100 ??

I have a stage 1+ Apr tuned 6 r I like the fact they are rare and loads of people don't really know what it is
