Ingredients:
385ml (13 oz) lukewarm water
7g (0.25 oz) dry yeast
13g (0.45 oz) sugar
12ml (0.4 oz) oil or olive oil
60g (2.1 oz) whole wheat flour
560g (19.8 oz) wheat flour
12g (0.4 oz) salt
Knead and set aside in a warm place for 70 - 120 minutes
Form
Leave in a warm place for 40 - 60 minutes
Meanwhile, preheat the oven to 250°C (482°F)
Bake for 30 - 35 minutes at 225°C (437°F) (remove the pot with water after 15 minutes)
Last 5-10 minutes of baking at 210°C (410°F)
